Its clean and nice equipment, and the movie room is awesome. However, the fans are placed in the least useful places imaginable. Where people are running and sweating the air is completely still and you feel like your on fire. But over the weight benches where people are working for 10-30 seconds at a time there is an industrial super fan. Great work guys. Also They have an awesome circuit weight machine loop, however the rules arent clear so people just sit on the machines or just stay on one the entire time so you can never quite get your full body work out. Even a friendly reminder that there are similar machines across the room you can take your time at and not bother people could probably make a big difference. But none of the staff seem to care. Its just a great idea with poor execution. This earns them 3 stars.

Everything was going well the equipment is good and the environment was good as well, The problem is the staff makes false promises only to get people to sign up me and my wife both left our old gyms for fitness evolution because we thought it would be better but its only been a disappointment ever since. When I signed us up they PROMISED that the annual fee would not fall under the same month for both so that it wouldnt be such a large fee, Guess what I paid today? Yup $125 dollars and when I asked them about it all they said was "Its out of our hands" and gave me corporates number which by the way they dont even answer this gym has been horrible I suggest not even signing up and paying the extra $10 over at the other gyms in town

The manager is small minded and instead of valuing that I chose to workout there he nitpicked everything I was doing. Im sorry but Im not going to wipe off a machine that I didnt sweat on and only used for 60 seconds. If I did that for every machine Id never get my workout in. My advice is choose a smaller gym that does keep saying "maam that is corporate policy" seriously give me a break and get a brain. And did I mention he was arguing with me on why he didnt want to give me a card to swipe when I came in? I was trying it out for a month and cannot see how a little card is "a waste of product." Yes he actually said that. Such a joke. Go into another profession dude because customer service is not your thing.

They were an great inexpensive gym. Till they decide to cancel all the classes and be sneaky about it. They told us on May 1st (in class) that the last class was going to be on May 6 (following Saturday) . They didnt even give us a week notice. Some people only go to that gym for those classes. If we would been told sooner about the classes being canceled we could of avoided the charge but they were being sneaky and waited till the the first day of the month. When they know we cant do anything about it because we already got charged. They handle these situation very poorly and had awful customer service when confronted about it. They just pushed us aside like we meant nothing to them.

Gym was nice fair pricing i was told there was no obligation cancell anytime when I tried to cancel they told me I would still have to make another monthly payment despite that fact I hadnt used the gym in three weeks and I was told I could cancell any time now Im stuck with this payment to cancell you have to notify them 30 days in advance this was not told to me I was completely misinformed signing up will not be going back would not recommend

In general - love this gym. Unfortunately it turns into a daycare almost at times. They need to work on their child policy because there are kids playing on the equipment at times during peak hours. Watched a kid for 15 minutes just play around on the dip machine with people clearly waiting.

Very clean, bathroom needs hooks to hang clothes and towels, keeping equipment away from everyone seems a bit selfish specially since I paid for the top membership, and last of all watch out for fees for downgrading that were not brought up upon signing up

Such a good gym, nice and helpful staff, have been working out since the opening day one year in March, have been able to accomplish weigh loss and some muscle with the equipment, very affordable membership fees
