After trying to deal with Glendale Nissan this weekend for a corroded negative battery wire, I finally out of desperation found this company on the internet. Nissan Glendale quoted me $105 and after much rigamoral did not actually have the part in stock and it would take three days to get it. I called El Monte Service, they quoted me $40 and told me to pick up the part at Auto Zone ($5.39 for the cable). Turns out the entire battery had to be replaced with new mountings and the positive wire had to be repaired to (The Auto Zone people told me this, not them). So they charged me a total of $45 for their labor, the rest of the parts I picked up at Auto Zone. Also showed up there 25 minutes before closing, desperate, and they took me right in and did a really good job making sure all the corrosion was cleaned out before making the replacements. I thought it was a great price, Glendale Nissan probably would have charged me over $200 once they finally saw it. When I went back to AutoZone to return the used battery they asked me how I liked them, I told them I was pretty pleased and told them what I paid. They said good, we keep hearing good things about them, but we always like to ask.

My family and I have been dealing with this business since 1996 and weve never had such better service from any other shop. This bunch is ASE Certified and Factory trained. Ive recommended this shop to all my close friends. And even though the length of downtime is somewhat significant, they still get the job done right the first time. Id rather wait 2 days for a repair than to take my car back time and time again for the same problem. And their choice of actual OEM Manufacture replacement parts is something not all shops do. Its no wonder theyve been in business for 15 plus years. Keep up the good work guys!

I have been there since 1995 (woh 15 years passed!) to service my 93 Nissan Hard Body King Cab. Never scare me to "fix this" "change that" but provide only genuine suggestions ans service with reasonable price. Now I am having a Toy Tacoma and Mr. Ngoy still take good care of it like he does to his own car. Its a neighborhood auto shop in an old friendly fashion way.

Ive been going to Mr Ngoys place for over 10 years now. I trust him completely to work on my car from basic oil changes to new brakes. Hes honest and reliable, and goes above and beyond to help you out.
