These people, especially their boss Huang, does not keep their word. They scam the insurance companies with their methods, and they will lie and tell you that they can help you get a loaner car for free because they will pay for all the rental fees. They will delay you for no particular reason and communication is very bad along with customer services such as telling the customer to "Get Out of the Office" because they dont have an explanation of why the repair will need another delay (6th delay). They will create problems for you, such as causing you discomfort with the car lending company and eventually cause more medical bills if you cant take this exhausting drill. They will even threaten to sue you back for whatever reasons they can come up with. Please, avoid this place at all cost. They have caused me and my friend almost a whole year worth of mental turmoil not to mention to $2,600 OUT OF OUR POCKET money when we were at no fault for an accident. This is still an ongoing struggle that we must try to end, and I urge that those who are unlucky like us to get stuck with these criminals, to steer clear of their cunning words and promises. In the old times, they would have their tongues cut out for being so deceiving and have their shops burned down for sure.

Had 4 of my familys cars repaired here and they were all done to good quality. The front office guy Huang or Hong is a no nonsense guy and tells you as is, good or bad. He sure dont mince words if its bad news from your insurance company or delay in parts arriving from Germany/overseas. I appreciated that cos then I could plan ahead realistically. Seems like they always try to make it right for the customer even though it may not always be their fault. If you need to be stroked and fondled with kit gloves, go somewhere else and pay a premium without realizing it.
