Horrible service Monica is awful Put blonde highlights in my hair sometime after deep conditioning it. Some how dropped a blue color on one area on the back of my hair. She doesnt know how it happend. I dont know how it got there. It didnt come out after she tried, some of it did. And asked if I wanted a blow dry. No I dont want her to blow dry my blue streak of hair. She offered to fix it further but I declined. She even took a pic of it with her phone. And still charged me $105.00. Wow no discount. I shouldnt of even paid. Accidents happen I understand that. And it is just hair. It can be fix. But the fact that she charged me full price for a huge screw up is wrong. I didnt tip her. And I usually tip very well. But I wont be back. Fantastic sams lost my business. I have been going to this company for 20 years. Not this place but The company. The last 3 times havent been great anyway. And the wait to even be seen was long. So not a good experience

The staff was rude. My service was horrible. They ruined my hair. They do not issue refunds if you do not like your haircut. Its like an "AS IS" deal. Its like getting a lemon of a service. I strongly feel these stylists at this location dont know how to cut hair. I suggest to bring a current photo to any hair salons in case they do ruin your hair. At least, you will have proof of what your hair style look before getting it cut at any location. I strongly feel this salon needs to be retrained. I do not recommend. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Disrupt Legends

Wonder if my teacher will let me keep a hood on for a week because of the lack of work. Nothing straight. Horribly blender. If you were in a rush because of any reason, please tell me because I want a haircut that is thoroughly done. A hispanic lady in her mid 60s I would say needs to go back to school. Could have gone to a preschool for something better. If anyone wants a haircut that is decent please go somewhere else

I love this place, Gena is my hairstylist and manager there. I will drive over an hour for her to do my hair. I regret anytime someone else touches it. She listens to all my cut and color ideas and always does exactly what I want despite not being able to communicate it right on my part.

I have been to this shop twice and my hair was cut just as I wanted. I go back to the same stylist each time and am very pleased with the cuts and service I have received.

Got a literal hack job on my head. Couldnt even cut my bangs straight. So upset. And how I have to pay for someone else to fix it. Never coming here again.
