I had the worst experience ever in this Supercuts. My husband went for a faux hawk and what a bad job the girl did. She REALLY messed up his hair. He was better off without getting one at all. She blended the right side, but the back and the left were left like an outgrown a mushroom cut. Unbelievable. And when she was texturizing, she only texturized the back of the crown and then asked him if that was enough. Its a faux hawk, it needs to be texturized throughout the length, all the way to the front, so that you are able to style it! Aside from that, she had a lazy attitude, even the scissors looked like they weighed a ton. There was another lady who did a much better job on the boy she was working. I believe she did a beautiful fade out on him. So as to not ruin the whole reputation of the other ladies, I will mention that the one who REALLY messed up was the girl with PURPLE HAIR. Beware.

Ive been coming to this place for over 12 years and I highly recommend this place. The managers name is Edna she is the best Hairstylist Ive ever had I am loyal to my Hairdresser always. Their all great Stylists their Connie, Jasmine, Yolanda in Downtown Fontana and a few, others. They are all so good at their craft! Yes sometimes the wait is long but you get what you pay for, if youre a impatient person this isnt the place for you then. They have great personalities and not a place for negativity or drama at all. So to all the Haters go somewhere else!!! To whoever this HoneyBear is maybe you should get your facts straight before you try to put someone down. Love you guys!!! ERIC, RIALTO

Dont ever go here!!!! Take my advice. My hair length was all the way down passing my hips. All I asked for was a trim and they cut 4in off and did un even layers all around. And I didnt even ask for that. Now my hair is short and un even. It looks so retarded. Now Im going to have to go out of my way to find a better place so they can even it out. Im so sad. I even gave that girl a tip. I have long hair in some parts and short hair in other sections of my hair. Never again. DONT GO HERE UNLESS "YOLANDA" IS BACK. SHE WAS THE ONLY REASON I WENT THERE.

Great place for your hair! i come here All the time, for even just a trim on my bangs to cutting off my whole hair,why? because i trust them with my hair. i show them a picture, they got it. theyll also give you helpful advise on your hair if you ask what more you can do to it. The girls there who cut hair are all very friendly too :) so you can feel like yourself and not be too shy about asking how you want your hair being cut. Over all, i love the experience i get whenever i come to super-cuts ! and especially the Tuesday student specials :)

I was a constant client. The haircuts are ok price reasonable so I would keep going.the other day that I went while I got my haircut the stylist turned me around and in front I noticed a camera on top of the entrance door! I really didnt like the idea of it just in the open air it invades everyones privacy not that we are doing something wrong but simply invades peoples rights to be recorded I will not be going no anymore its really uncomfortable just to let everyone know.

Ive came here multiple times because my sister and dad have had good experiences and out of the 4 times I have came here THREE times Ive had to wait more than an hour. I ask for the waiting time and they say oh 30 minutes. Yeah more like 1 hour. The cuts are fine they are simple so they cant mess them up that badly. But the service is the worst. Be honest about the time!!!! There are other things I could of done in the hour I was waiting to get a 20 minute hair cut -.-

The worst place to get a haircut, they hire people that cant cut hair, I had a layer cut from them and the top looked like a bob and the long layers look like strings hanging, they always have new employees,The whole time I was sitting in the chair some woman named Edna was gossiping about a girl name Desiree that worked there before, how her husband beat her and how he was on speed. Terrible work ethics.

I went in to get a haircut and noticed this place is filthy, I dont think anyone cleans the restrooms, every time I go in there it is filthy, very bad management. They had a hire sign so I filled out a application but no one called me, I have experience as a stylist, then I go in again, and they hired other people. They were all mexican, I am black I think that is why I didnt get hired.

If you have long hair and want to keep the length but have a light trim, dont have Connie cut your hair. My hair was 20 inches and despite emphasizing multiple times on how I wanted to keep the length but wanted layers. She STILL cut alot of it off. My hair is now about 15-16 inches. If you want a good cut, go to Edna.

hey ashley let me tell you that when they doyour face frame. that is layers around that frameyour face they start form the center part, so when you part it to the side its not right..take this advice if you part it on the side tell them and they can personalize it for you.next time ask for jen she is the best.

I like this salon only times i avoid going is in the morning the girl who is the manager in the morning and never shuts up while cutting my hair and doesnt cut my hair right ittatates me which is why I go in the evenings 5-7 oclock I avoid the morning

DONT GO TO RIALTO SUPERCUTS THEY CANT CUT HAIR RIGHT, I ASKED FOR LAYERS AN ON THE ONE SIDE THERES A BIG CHOPPED SHORT PART IN THE MIDDLE ON ONE SIDE BUT NOTHING ON THE OTHER SIDE, THEY GO TO SKOOL TO CUT HAIR RIGHT BUT THEY CANT SEEM TO DO IT!!

The quality is usually good. My only problem is I dont understand why as I cant call for an appointment when Ive called a few times in the past yet nearly every time I go in, there are a few "call ins" ahead of me. I thought I couldnt call in?

Customer service is horrible. I guess u get what u pay for. I called in advance n when I walked in no one said anything to me. I had to interrupt n then they said well let me take her first. Whatever this is definitely my last time here.

Yolanda Ortiz gave my son the best haircut I ve seen him have in years. He loves the shmapoo. I recommend this establishment highly. No long wait. And she even lined my beard up for me thank you sooooo much!! #singledad #beardgang

Awesome experience! Stylist Yolanda gave me a beautiful cut, I showed her a picture and she nailed it. Cut came with shampoo and treatment for 26$ cant beat that. Im definitely coming back. Thank you Yolanda!
