My wife and I have been going to this location for quite a few months now. We always timed our visits to have the same person do our hair. Sometimes the wait is a little frustrating but generally not that bad. A number of very recent issues have convinced me that doing business with Fantastic Sam’s is a bad idea and I have decided to find better service elsewhere. My wife and I both need to do business with a reliable operation where we can count on seeing the same stylist in a timely manner. The store manager, a Ms. Bradshaw, left a message on my phone asking me to come back. I tried returning her call this morning and was told she could not be disturbed as she was with a guest. I explained that I was returning her call and the person on the phone reiterated the do not disturb policy. Odd that she never even asked who was calling so she could convey that to the manager. Well, after three visits to this location trying to get a hair cut and being told about a long delay combined with the general attitudes of the people that answer the phone, I decided to call it quits! Before moving to California six years ago we had the same hair stylist for thirteen years. We never had a single issue with her or the location. Here we’ve been to three Fantastic Sam locations and sooner or later we’ve had issues with all three. While you see your business model as being very effective, maybe it is designed to meet the needs of a different socioeconomic level client who more readily accepts bad service. Dennis A. Nisbet

After taking a major paycut I realized I no longer had the extra cash to be throwing around on things like new clothes and haircuts, but my hair was so bad I gave in and decided it was time to cut my hair. I noticed one day grocery shopping that there was a Fantastic Sams right next door so I gave it a try. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by every girl in the salon and immediately helped, its really nice to walk into a salon and have everyone look professional cause who wants some one to cut your hair and it looks like they didnt even bother to brush theirs haha. Anyways I was taken to a chair the girl introduced herself and asked me a bunch of questions about my hair to figure out what I wanted, gave me a great shampoo fallowed by a great haircut and blowdry! The best part about it was that I felt very welcome there even the girl in the next station was talking to me and the stylist made sure I had her card which made me feel like I was wanted back, Cotrena did my hair and I plan on going back very soon for my color, great stylist.I highly recommend this location!

Ive been going to this Fantastic Sams since it opened at this location. I followed my favorite hairdresser here from another Sams location, and Ive continued to get fantastic service from her, and the rest of the crew. The salon is always clean, the stylists take their time and make sure you get the cut you want, and the owner of the franchise seems to take care to hire skilled stylists who actually care about your hair. If you need a good haircut on a budget, this is the place to go.

I went into Fantastic Sams yesterday for my birthday and I came out with the Pixie Cut from hell. The woman nicked my ears more than 5 times, I had a picture with me of the cut I wanted but that didnt help apparently and It was overpriced. I spent my birthday crying over my stupid decision to go there. NEVER AGAIN. They just want your money, They dont care that they you have to live with what they did to your hair or the emotional damage it does to your psyche.

Following Brittany Nollette to this location! She is not only a fabulous hairstylist, she is also a Manager that focuses on customer service! Being that this is her new location with an existing staff, Im positive that the goals she brings here will reflect her high expectations & business standards. Her professionalism, & friendliness will have her clients following her here as weve followed her to previous locations!

Being going for a while now. They do a great job. I get a cut, color & free bottle of Shampoo for $40. Always with Karen. She is awesome with a Beautiful Personality to match. Hope she is there tomorrow morning

Only been one bad experience hair was not cut even probably due to bad blades on clippers. I would say 1 in 25 haircuts went bad you decide.
