SInce Jae has been gone, service has steadily deteriorated. It is now totally unreliable. They now miss their due date, even if given 3 days. They ignore shirts to be "folded" or "box" and last time gave them back to me on hangars telling me they were "too buys" to do them the way i requested and payed for. Well, i am too busy to fool with them any more. Another good business ruined by bad customer service.

Change in ownership. This place is called Foothill Ranch Cleaners. John and his team deliver excellent service. We have been with them for years and followed them after they relocated from their Mission Viejo location.
