Barbers used to be really friendly. Been coming here for almost 6 years and the last few times, Ive had people who are grumpy and just dont seem to want to cut hair. I really used to enjoy coming here but not as much anymore. I usually tip (except for the time where I had gotten a horrible haircut from a barber who used clippers to cut off ALL my hair when I specified a fade and to leaving 2 inches on the top) but the last visit just made me feel really unwelcomed with the way I was spoken to. Think its time for me to find another location. Id gladly pay more for a barber who wont make me feel like Im burdening them for a haircut.

I been going to this place since I was a kid 20 years later and its horrible. The barbers are rude and go to fast. Barbers come and go so fast. Every other weekend I see new barbers and it seems like they dont care. Betty you need more barbers like Sandy. Sandy was the best barber their. He was the only person Id let touch my hair. Ive tried to let others but they dont enjoy their job as much as he did. Im done with this place never again. If anyone knows where Sandy is cutting hair at let me know.

We were just at shields and West barbershop i tapped the lady with the short hair guy like cut with tattoos to ask if she can take my son next she rudley replied no gave a dirty look then a few seconds after she shouted does anyone wanna give this guy a taper for a dollar...the other girl with blonde hair laughed out loud with her ...i got up and left this place is just ridiculous

Do not I repeat dont go here my husband went asked for a 2 and a trim on top the guy went clippers on the top and they had the nerve to charge my husband are you serious! If I was with him I would of just walked out screw that you want a cheap cut come here by all means. I am never ever coming here again first and last time...just pay the extra for a good cut but not here!

My curly hair was ruined by a "master" barber. She jacked it up by cutting it all off. it took me over a year to grow it properly and she ruined my hair in less than 5 minutes. The employees spoke Spanish the whole time we were there and rarely spoke to us. That is rude customer service and will never go there again. one gets what one pays for.

For the price its okay my brother was holding the door open for people and one of the ladies who came in after us accused him of cutting off her son in line then I told her he held the door for you hes been here and one of the barbers got an attitude looked at me and said Ill start watching the door very rude never coming here again

Been come to this place since I was a kid or teenager to be exact. 4.00 for a cut, and it all really depends on who you see you know cause everybody has their bad barbers but I recommend seeing either the black guy with the Chinese one Im not sure about everybody else but if you want to try someone else you were warned

I take my 2 year old to get his haircut by Javier there. Javier does a great job and has patience with kids. Hes an awesome guy man and I feel that its too cheap what he charges for the job he does. I do have to say is that if Javier is not there no one else there will touch my boys hair.

Great hairs cuts for the price they cut just as good as the more expensive places. Some barbers cut better then others. Like everywhere else. But for less then $5.00 it goods. They know how to blend and fade . They do it ever time I go there. The place is little dusty in some places.

RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICES! Got told off in front of my son by one of the barbers. He couldve been nicer to understand what type of hairstyle I wanted for my son. A lady came and assisted us and I gave her a nice tip. But the good side was my son loved his haircut. Rated 3 stars!

Ive been going here for +10 years. Great place. Everyone is pretty friendly if youre not rude. BE very SPECIFIC when asked how you want your hair to be cut. They are not mind readers. Overall, Fantastic service for what you pay.

Always take my boys here. Regular barber shop... None of that foo foo stuff. Great price. If you want something other than a typical Lil boys cut or a real mans cut, then go to a saloon. This is an old school barber shop. I love it

Barbers their do not know how to fade, taper, and edge up. These people do not know how to cut hair ... They dont even blend the sides with the top or even know fading techniques. You get what you pay for.

Very horrible experience! I took my 4 year old and MARIA cut his ear and completely ruined haircut. If I could add pictures to show how f#%* his hair is you would never go. Please do not go to MARIA!!!!
