I had a "groupon", and called hoping to get an appointment this week. The nice fellow on the phone got me an appointment TODAY! I have pets, and the carpet is (was) really awful. Darren Edgar arrived on time, and did a terrific job with everything. He was efficient and fast, and while I knew all the stains wouldnt come out, Darren did a far better job than I could have hoped for. I will definitely use this company again as this experience is by far better than the last carpet cleaning company I tried!

Good Product, Great Service. My first time using ChemDry and I really like the results. I got the deep clean which dries in 3-4 hours. The tech that came out was so friendly and willing to educate me on proper carpet care. Overall I really liked the service from the call to make the appointment to the after the tech left, they were all very professional. So refreshing to see businesses that appreciate your business as much as you appreciate their good service. Win win.

Do not use this carpet cleaning company! Very unprofessional and rude manager on the phone told me that he would not honor the Groupon that I purchased because it was for my office. The manager would not work with me at all and lied to me and told me that they do not service businesses. When asked if I paid in cash if he would service my business, he said "yes, definitely." This company is a scam and does not operate with integrity.

Bought their carpet cleaning services on Groupon. Found out AFTER the purchase that it wasnt for a deep cleaning but rather a maintenance cleaning. The poor business ethics in their marketing was enough for me to decline their services and return my order. They should be more up front with their advertising, instead of selling a cheap service in hopes of "up selling" once the customer realizes they didnt purchase a steam cleaning.

Shame on you Mark.... tell me one thing over the phone and show up with extra costs everywhere. Waste of my time and money... EVERYONE DO YOUR SELF A FAVOR... use a family owned business, someone that understands customer service and the value of it. I called Mark when the tech tried to tell me there were additional fees and he got loud with me and was opposite of professional and helpful.

RayPat - Have been using Chem Dry Clean Masters for about 10 years. Sebastian just did a great job on our carpets this week as did Gerardo before him and Juan before him. Courteous, thorough with an attitude of wanting to do a great job and please the customer. The company follows up too to be sure you were satisfied. Highly recommend.

I used the Groupon deal for the rooms and the guy gave me a quote on the stairs and I agreed but after the guy completed his job I received a bill twice the amount($82 for 20 steps), and they told me that their first quote ($37) was for regular cleaning and they did a deep cleaning in my stairs! The service was fast and good.

I only use chem-dry and have been a regular customer for years. Ive attempted to use other companies from mailers but always felt like i couldnt trust them so Ive never gone thru with it. I will continue to use chem-dry and would recommend to all of my friends and family. Big thanks to Manny! My regular guy!! x0x0

We just had all the carpets in our house cleaned by Juan and they look great. We have white carpet and all the marks that I could see arent there anymore. The carpet just looks great!!! I was not expecting the carpet to come out as good as it did. Also, Juan was very nice and knowledgeable.
