Im glad I called first so I didnt waste any more of my time! I was in town on business and needed a couple of shirts just pressed, and two more cleaned (& pressed). I called to see how much cheaper it would be than the $8.50 the hotel was charging, and the guy who answered said $2.50 to press the shirts. I said what about having them clean & pressed (because many dry cleaning places charge less if youre cleaning them too), and the guy said, "Just bring them in." I said, "actually, Im trying to price your services." He responded, "I dont even know what kind of shirts you have." I said regular oxford business shirts, probably like what you clean for most male customers. He sat there quiet, and I said, "you know what, Ive made up my mind already, never mind."

Dropped of pants to be hemmed, got them back with chalky marks on them and they still needed to be pressed. I brought this to the attention of the olive colored woman working there, she practically BIT MY HEAD OFF, TOLD ME TO GO HOME AND IRON THE PANTS MYSELF, AND THOUGHT THERE MIGHT BE SOME TYPE OF PHYSICAL CONFRONTATION!!!

I have used this cleaners for over 4 years, and have never had a problem with any of their services. The family that runs the business is always courteous and friendly, and most importantly they do a good job cleaning and with repairs. I have recommended them to others.
