I recently went to have my suit cleaned. I asked to have same day service which I received but I also asked to have one button reinforced which they could not do. When I went back to pick up my suit, the clerk laid it on the counter where all of the dirty clothes are placed to be cleaned. I picked up the suit and hung it on the receiving area where it should have been. When I asked her why did she do that she said "well its in plastic". I said thats not the point it could get wrinkled. She didnt care. This cleaners has gotten progressively worst over the years but yet they want us to support black businesses. Black people treat black people worst than anyone. I will take the drive to the white neighborhood from now on where I will be treated like a human .

wish I can give them zero stars because thats what they deserve they do lousy business I brought a jacket in there and they discolored my jacket and the owner Dave claims the discoloration was already there so now along with his cleaners he has no credibility at all because him and his staff lied about my jacket I gave him a bad review they mess up your clothes. BTW, I will be reporting him to the Better Business Bureau along with licensing. I tried to call his business and the phone is no longer in service. I asked gaby the store manager why the phone is not on, she claims AT&T has a problem with the line, its been like that for a while. Do no business with Dave clearner. Every one with problem with them should report them.

There is absolutely nothing special about this place other than thats the only place around this area. What I mean by that is, the customer service is questionable the actual service is mediocre at best. The parking lot is somewhat easy to get in and out of but on the Hoover side its tight. If you need your dry cleaning done please go elsewhere but for the last minute situations spot Will do. Do not bring extremely valuable items to this location I encourage you to take them elsewhere.

if I could give a negative I would. very bad customer service. Took my suit to them 2 weeks ago and now that I need it, it no longer fits me. It shrank so much that the seams are wrinkled. the vest was torn. Any attempt at calling them just rings forever.

Ive known of this place since I was just a small child and even I continue to take my clothes there. Very affordable, friendly service, and quick turnarounds. Never had issues with my clothes either. Historic to the city to say the least.

They patch my jeans for me, fixed broken zippers their customer service is cool, easy o find and get to. Its black owned. No complaints they are worth going to.
