I have used Rocket Cleaners in Gardena off an on for about four years. Rocket Cleaners offers some options that I like. For example, dry cleaning and laundry is done on site. You can pay for your cleaning with cash, atm or credit. The cleaner is open seven days a week. There are two major areas that mean the most to me that is a deal breaker. Their work is mediocre. The dry cleaning of shirts looks and last no longer than if I ironed them myself. The laundry is okay. However, I have asked to have certain garments laundered and was told that that would not laundry them only dry clean them. This was disturbing to me because you could still feel the starch in the material and they refused. Despite all the pluses that I listed, I would only give Rocket cleaners two stars. Their service is mediocre. As a result, I am still trying to find a replacement cleaner for "Jimmy Cleaners" in Los Angeles on MLK Blvd that was sold.

I wear white pants for work and they are very time consuming to clean so I came here! I said I need these to look white again ...I go back the next day pay they looked pretty white as Im hanging them in my car I see that theyre STILL DIRTY!!!! a bit whiter and ironed but clearly dirty. Then I tell her that they are still dirty and some other associate butts in and makes all these excuses! I say I didnt pay 30 bucks to kinda clean my pants! I wasnt going to be able to get anywhere with them so I asked to speak with themanager and of course shes not there! As imeaving one of the girls sarcastically told me to have a good day WTF!!!

HORRIBLE SERVICE !! BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR YEARS, AND THEY BURNED MY CLOTHES THIS TIME !! MY BROTHERS AND MY WHITE COLLAR SHIRTS FOR THE EXPLORERS ACADEMY !!! DONT TAKE YOUR STUFF THERE UNLESS YOU WANT THEM TO BURN IT!! AND THEY STILL DIDNT WANT TO GIVE US OUR MONEY BACK BECAUSE WE HAD TO SHOW THEM THE RECIPTS OF HOW MUCH THE SHIRTS COST... HOW STUPID IS THAT. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Those cashiers dont show any smile, which is totally not professional at all, they dont even know the fundamental of all customer services. It really gives us the bad impression. Thus, I rate them the worst of all, only one star, since there is no minus to give.

Worst service ever, they double charge you on each item, they also have bad attitudes. They dont clean your clothes they just reiron them and tell customers they destroy your clothes the owner is a fraud

This cleaner been here since the 60s. family owned for generations. Great service and they offer same day dry cleaner, which is little expensive for me. I just stick to the regular 2 days cleaning.

There did excellent on tailoring my tru religion pants and himming them. I was worried if they were going to come out right. Excellent job right here 2 thums up ;)

Terrible....I ask for certain stains to be removed from a shirt only to get it back with the same stains on it. Wouldnt recommend this one.
