I have been a customer of this cleaners for some time now and I took in my dress that I was set to wear for both my maternity shoot and baby shower. I would like to add that I do not buy expensive clothes often. And when I do, its always for something super special - in this case, my first child. I took it in for a normal cleaning and the tag said dry clean recommended. I dropped it off on Saturday and picked it up Wednesday with the maternity shoot on that Sunday. The dress fabric was completely different. It was pulling and the once fine knit jersey looked completely cheap and fuzzy. They said they would try and fix it and that I should call back the next day. I went home completely emotional and balling my eyes out. I had gone on an extensive search for this dress and Im 8 months pregnant. The stress was palpable. I called the next day and they said they couldnt fix it and that they really couldnt do anything. He offered either a $75 dollar cleaning credit or a check. Since I would never go back the check seemed like the best solution. Mind you, the $75 bucks only covered a fraction of the cost of the dress. So by Thursday I was out out over $200 bucks and a dress for my maternity shoot. I picked up the dress after work and he said that if I wanted to they would have to keep the dress What really gets me is that there was no actual attempt to make the customer happy here. Not only was my dress ruined, they denied any responsibility and said it was the fabric. Made no attempt to rectify the customer dissatisfaction and really had no empathy to the situation. What I would have expected was a check, an apology and my dress back. More of a, how can we make this right. I understand that they are running a business but please note that I spend more than $75 bucks there in a year. So now, they are out even more money because they lost a loyal customer. I have contacted the dresss manufacturer and they, who did not even sell the dress directly to me, have been going above and beyond by trying to help me in this situation. Now thats good business and they have gained a loyal customer who will continue to spread goodness towards the Rachel Pally line. They also said that that fabric isnt supposed to act that way and that they havent really gotten any other complaints but that they will be looking into it. Even though the manufacture wasnt at fault here, they still are trying to make sure I was and am being taken care of.

This dry cleaning service is wonderful. My garments are always done on time and the price is right. I have had several of my more expensive garments hemmed and repaired.......great price and the workmanship is exceptional. They are my go to for all of my professional clothing. I would recommend them to everyone :)
