Ive been coming here for about 2.5 months now and had no issues. However today as I worked out I noticed a shadow hovering over me and i was a bit confused as I barely got on the machine; it was empty for a good 5-10 minutes so I figured maybe they were looking for someone in the direction I was facing. But then the trainer asked "how many more sets do you have," me not thinking clearly I asked "why?" his response was "so I can put my client on." I found that a bit annoying because its first come first serve and thought "ok!?" and continued with my work out. Thinking to myself: Well, have her wait until its empty-like everyone else does but I refrained from saying anything. I also pay monthly, and I do not go around interrupting ppl during their work out. I just wait until the machine is no longer in use. After my work out, someone i referred to the gym and who got their membership today informed me of the unprofessional and disrespectful remarks this particular arrogant trainer made. Were all entitled to some bad days but as an employee you should know most times customers are always right, and even if wrong, you should know how to handle a situation without bad mouthing a customer, especially publicly. Im not one to make a scene but do feel like employees should be trained better if having to deal with individuals. My 2 cents, other then that I have no additional issues-yet. Will look into transferring as it is getting too crowded and well, I did not appreciate the comments made today. For the time being, I will continue to attend just because its convenient.

Prior to meeting Lucia I was ready to quit this gym. The equipment is cool but I had an appointment with one guy, when I came in he informed me that my appointment was not with him. I told him Hugo (sweet kid) made the appointment and he was still not pleasant. He showed me who his next appointment was and all I could think is, "shes late and Im here." He scheduled another appointment with me the following week and had me waiting almost 30 minutes while he spoke with another client. By the time he was ready for me I was completely turned off. I dont know if thats his true personality but everyone is entitled to a bad day. Just dont expect me to pay for it. I knew he would not be able to train me so I asked for a different trainer, and Lucia is amazing!

(Its $7.99 A month from 7am-12pm only and $49 to "lock in fee". There are different fees for other hours.) I was scouting the area for a gym and went in. The gym seemed nice but the tour I got was almost embarrassing. Theres no greeting when you enter and after I mentioned to the guy, Will, that I wanted to know about the membership he told me to sign in on a paper and go sit. He gave me the tour had no enthusiasm and seemed very annoyed. The tour consisted of "those are treadmills, thats the bathroom, those are weights." Really no effort. I actually liked the gym itself but the vibe I got led me right back out the door.

The gym itself is cool .. Small but you get what you pay for .. They have nice equipment ... The gym can actually get 4 stars .. What go them 3 stars is the customer service thier enrollment reps suck ass ... Its like they just took a bunch of ppl with no customer service skills and said hey you can tap a computer youre hired ... I didnt get a membership to be chumy but thier demeanor makes me not want to pay for any services that invovle contact with their employees .. They act like doorbells u push the button and no 1 is home.

I keep seeing u get what u pay for NO U DONT IF THEY SET THAT PRICE THEY SHOULD TREAT U AS IF U WERE A 150$ client at 24hr fitness why? Well because you respected there price AND DIDNT SAY OH WELL THIS IS CHEAP THESE SMALL PLACES NEVER GET KNOWN OR RESPECTED BECAUSE THEY HIRE ANY DUMB ASS IN SOME SWEATS AND CALL THEM A TRAINER I NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH PLANET FITNESS I JUST THINK THIS gym itself is a joke acording to these reviews FYI HIT THE PARK IF U WANT TO LOOSE WEIGHT THE REAL WAY

You get what you pay for. Always crowded at any given time although they have good equipment. The representatives need social skills and know gym etiquette. For instance, the trainers can be inconsiderate and not realize that there are customers there to workout and use the equipment also. Secondly, they should know the right time to clean and vacuum, not expecting customers to move out there way while working out.

Great place to work out lots of machines. But if your membership laps the women on the afternoon shift will embarrass you. They will let everyone around know that your membership expired. Instead of discreetly pulling you aside and telling you your yearly membership needs renewing. They will just tell you, You cant workout unless you pay for that day. Very disrespectful.

They dont seem to have any rules here or at least ask/remind members to wipe the machines when they are done or say anything to members that bring there boom boxes into the gym for everyone to have to listen to there music. They also seem to have about 80% of there TVS set to sports. Not sure if this is requested by members or by staff as I see stuff enjoying it more.

This place is horrible the staff are rude , they are no help . I asked the Latin dude one question and he ignored me and stayed on his phone. Wouldnt recommend this gym. Also to crowded whenever I went . Cancelled my membership in less than a week. Horrible gym

Its a awesome gym. It has everything you could possibly need. Been going for months and havent had any pressing issues. The only con for me is that if you go in the evening it can get really crowded. To the point where mostly everything is being used.

Great gym with great customer service and prices! Its definitely not as big as other gyms,but equipment is good. The only downfall would be busy hours,theres literally someone on every machine haha Overall happy with gym.

The equipment. Itself is better than 24 hours equipment treadmills with usb cords and monitors. and no funky colored equipment like Planet Fitness only drawback is theres no locker rooms.

Love this gym!! Even when is almost full there are enough machines, weights, and benches to go around. Well equipped and clean. Definitely one of the best gyms out there.

Every time I go not too crowded and you can go and get your workout done without waiting to long for a machine and the staff is nice and helpful.

For $19/month its not bad at all. They have new equipment and the jet messaging is unbelievably relaxing. The only thing they dont have showers.

Great staff clean enviroment machines all in working order. Great price. Down fall for me is that its not open 24 hours.
