Es una de las agencias con menos profecionalismo y con favoritismo a siertas personas yo trabaje en una bidega con otra agencia donde por casualidad encontre a mark hermano de yolanda quien es la peor persona de esta oficina a este señor mark le quitaron el empleo por que lo encontraron haciendo droga con otro compañero la sorpresa fue q al hermano al siguiente dia lo coloco en otro empleo mientras al otro compañero lo dieron de baja en la ajencia no conforme con eso yo fui a aplicar justo aqui en gardena con otras compañeras y amis compañeras les dieron aplicacion y ami no me dijieron q mis documentos no estan bien siendo q todas hibamos con el mismo problema q no tenemos documentos validos pero a ellas si las mandaron a trabajar y ami simplemente no me dieron aplicacion eso se llama descriminacion aqui y donde sea

I worked for select 5 years ago i always say if it seems that if the ladies are a little eddgy remember they are human like us they work hard to find jobs for people that want to work thats a hard thing to do daily so i give the staff there respect people always quick to blame the staff for having a nasty attitude if you work with them they will work with you i find that people that says the staff is rude are usually the people being rude and nasty i would say all the staffing agencies have nothing on select im actually comming back to work for them my time there was a great one my checks were always on time and the staff was always nice to me and went out of there way to work with me i never got to say thank you thanks select

This comes from someone tht just got off wrk select staffing is great nd has been nothing more for me 2 days into the company I got temporary job lasted abt 2 days the following week I got a call for a long term job which Im currently at wrkin10.5 hrs a day with guaranteed hrs plus overtime also I keep getting calls for dif jobs all the time thanx to them I know 1500-2000 a month doesnt sound lik a lot but for me in can pay all bills nd support my kids wit it everyone loves more but u have to crawl before u walk .

Use this agency at your own risk. Some of the women at the front desk are unprofessional. Seen it first-hand how they talked behind an applicants back (small confrontation ensued earlier). Instead of handling the situation, the women gossiped about the applicant. I could hear them because Im within earshot - for goodness sake. It has come to the point where talking to them generates stern looks and condescending remarks. Lower the dial on the attitude.

This place needs to be sued for false advertising. They dont go a extra mile of service for their clients. I had this agency under my belt over a year already, still jobless. Most of the jobs they give me are short term assignments. From one day to two weeks.They are rude and unprofessional. This is the Burger King of agencies.

This place it the worst agency . They stole so much ot money from its not even funny. I work at a place where I would work 10hours a day 4days a week. Just because its only 40 hours with is full-time dont mean I didnt do ot . OT is working more than 8hours or when you work the 7th consecutive day. Theyre full of it.

Excellent agency if your looking for immediate work. I applied today at 10 am and was working by 12 this afternoon. My assignment has already offered me overtime. They only have physical labor jobs, but if you need to work right away its fine. I didnt even have to take a drug test.

Yolanda is a horrible recruiter. Shes rude, hangs up in your face, and is always on her phone when I come to pick up my check. If these are the people you guys hire to help us. You should try again because every employee in this office is not the one for their job.
