The initial interview takes about 2-3 hours due to different Microsoft office tools exams that they need you to pass to be able to be eligible to apply for any position offered by this agency. That is all good and well if they provide their service for office work. What you find out few months down the line is that majority of their clientels are manifacutres and factories and hardly any office jobs. It is so frustrating that your agents are not honest and clear with you about the positions available since they do send you on several appointments to let you know later that employer changed their mind or they already selected their choice. I was with the agency for past 2 years without any solid job offers unitl I realized that the problem remains with them. I also need to indicate that my scores for all the inquired tests were above average and they indicated serveral times that I am a great candidate for the open positions. I strongly suggest to check in with other employment agencies before starting to waist 3-4 hours initial interview with this one. You will save a lot of frustration for yourself. Good Luck.

First Call Staffing is "The Best Staffing Agency Ever" hands down. I give them 2 thumbs up. Ive been with them for years and I love it. If I want to take a vacation whenever I want or just want to spend some extra time with my family I can. When Im ready to work consistently I call the ladies at the office and Im working my 40 hr weeks. Its almost like a fast food chain "Have it Your Way". They have tons of office jobs. So if you are familiar with Microsoft Office you have to register. If not still register they have tutorials that will help you learn. Thats what I did and I work at some of the largest companies now. If you register with First Call Staffing, I guarantee you will not be disappointed. I Love First Call Staffing, they have never let me down.

I did not have a good experience here. Although the staff is cordial, their assessment process and application process is from the stone age. I called in on a Tuesday and was asked to come in that Friday, however, I was not informed that there would be an assessment and I was completely unprepared for the tests. Some of their tests are extremely old, such as the spelling and math tests and there is no way of checking your answers since they do not use multiple choice. I gave this organization all of my personal information and they never found a match for me, even with a degree. I do not recommend them if you are looking for something professional and serious. Not a happy customer.

I had a wonderful experience at First Call Staffing! They spent a great deal of time evaluating my work experience and skills to determine where they could place me. I felt they took a personal interest in me and only asked that I be patient while calling in weekly with my availability. In a short two weeks, they tried me at one company which gave me positive feedback. And before long I was placed in a temp-to-hire position that I absolutely love! I am so appreciative for their personal attention and cant thank them enough.
