Some of our friends referred Gianna to us, and she helped us plan our wedding at Saddlerock Ranch on May 14th, 2011. Due to the complex nature of the venue, her personal experience with the ranch as well as her knowledge of and connections with similarly experienced vendors was invaluable. Being a very "hands-on" bride and having had a particular vision about the day, I appreciated Gianna for her welcoming all of my ideas and ensuring that everything was executed the way I envisioned. I learned that one of the most integral resources to have during wedding planning is someone with the experience to ask all the big-picture and detail-oriented questions. Gianna was not only able to stay on top of these, but she was also able to address all of my own concerns--and most importantly, she was always available for me. I always felt as if I was her only client and was always able to reach her.

As we found out quickly after getting engaged, planning a wedding can be an overwhelming task! Working with Gianna made the process so much easier. Gianna was able to give excellent vendor recommendations, create (several) day-of timelines and provide an extensive production list. Her constant support throughout the planning made the process as stress-free as possible. She was always available to take calls and give advice/input, becoming a supportive friend as well as a wedding coordinator. On the day of the wedding we were able to fully enjoy the day, knowing that Gianna and her team were there to make sure every detail was attended to. I really enjoyed working with Gianna. Thank you for making our wedding so memorable!

Having your guidance was absolutely crucial to the success of the event, and Im so grateful that I was able to have you aboard as a consultant. It was also a pleasure to get to know you, and I very much respect the way you work. Our wedding was a huge success. Weve gotten so much positive feedback from our guests on every aspect of the wedding, from the flowers, to the venue, to the DJ, to the dress, to our unique and non-traditional choices (In-N-Out, Captain Ice Cream for desert, no sit down dinner, our best friend officiating), as well as the overall organization and professional running of the event. Gianna planned our wedding on June 26, 2010. She helped create a gorgeous wedding and was super easy to work with and always accessible for anything I needed. All our guests had a blast and we got so much great feedback about the overall event, from the venue, the flowers, the decor, to how flawlessly it came together. Best decision I made. My daughter was planning her own wedding and trying to keep the cost down. As a gift, I hired Gianna to help her with the coordination. What a gift!!! Gianna was there for us with answers, ideas and support whenever it was needed. She cared about our event as much as we did. The wedding day was beautiful. Knowing Gianna had everything under control let us enjoy the day completely. I would hire Gianna again in a heartbeat.
