Finally! This is exactly the type of salon Half Moon Bay was waiting for! this place is filled with talented and fun stylists who are all up on the latest hair cuts and color. I love seeing a salon where you can tell the stylists are truly passionate about the work they do. You can tell as soon as you walk into the clean open design of the salon that you have found a place that is special. I love that they offer brow waxing while my color is processing. Every time I come in the salon has something new to offer, like they are now offering really fun colored extensions! Katlyn and Jenni (the owners) do a great job at offering quality products and services. I love that they sell Bumble and Bumble, I havent found them anywhere else on the coast. They also do up-dos and make-up for special occasions. I had Katlyn do my hair and make-up for my wedding and I couldnt have been happier. She made me look beautiful, I really didnt want to feel weighed down by make-up and during the trial she really took the time to hear me out,. The result was exactly what I had hoped for. I also love that every time I come in I always see such a diverse group of clients sitting in the chairs, from men to kids, and women both young and old, they seem to have someone for everyone here. Overall I highly suggest you give this place a try, even if you have been to other salons on the coast, these girls are young, fun and creative; and because of that the overall feel of their salon reflects the same. The location has great and easy parking and its fun to so a little shopping around in the Harbor Village before or after your hair appointment!

Had my hair cut there 3 times. It was ok. I stopped going there because of the way they treated my mother. She has a pixie haircut and needed a trim. I called for a quote and they said $30. When she went to pay (she had to pay cash because their machine was broken) it was $65 and they didnt even blow dry and style it. Not a nice way to treat a new customer and an older lady.

I live at Pillar Point so the location is perfect for me, I can walk! But for people driving there are tons of parking around. They always seem to have availability for a cut but note that only one hair stylist can do perms. The cut is ~$65 which is really good now days in the Bay Area, perm is I think $125/$150.
