Initially I liked this gym because it wasnt a huge snobby OC gym. Then reality set in... DIRTY, old, desperately in need of updating and employees that arent preoccupied with being cooler or fitter than they are. I dont care to take workout advice from a trainer that could stand to do a few more miles on the treadmill themselves! I HAD been a member of 24hr Fitness for 10+ years. Other clubs not all that clean either. Granted, I cant blame allll the cleanliness issues on the club. FYI to those who sweat A LOT, You know who You are, wipe off the damn bench or machine u slimy bastard. The last straw was the cardio machine that malfunctioned while in the middle of my workout. Besides being told by the knob on another machine that another person before me had the same thing happen, when I went to the desk to advise the club of the problem, the on duty manager was too busy flirting with one of the many sad cougars prowling and marking her prey. To get juniors attention I had to shout that a piece of the cardio equipment cut my leg and I think Im injured. Forgot to mention the gross n dirty locker room. I completely cancelled my membership.

I go to Mondays Yoga class with Cheri. She is an excellent Authentic Yoga Teacher who teaches a great class with positvivity and grace. I give it 5 star. For that teacher wish she taught more there.. The 3 is for the newer yoga teachers man who are not well tranied play no music and talk too much during class giving advice and rambling on and on and it is just aNegative ezp.i have seen several walk out on this class, tmi stopped going to that class. Please hire well trainned yogis this is a serious practice i understand some are new and etc, but there are really great seasoned yoga teachers in the HB community.

I am giving 3 stars for this branch which needs a serious update, but I dont give more than 1 star to the chain! I was a long time customer and I see this branch is doing better than other branches I visited in HB, SCM, TO but its still not up to my expectation because I got the feeling that the headquarters customer service should honor the old signed club members and keep that rates as agreed when the contract is signed!

We like going to the gym early in the morning, so being open 24 hours is important to us. Is usually clean, but they occasionally run out of paper towels. They recently increased the lighting at the door, which wasnt necessary. Its actually pretty annoying, but since we dont hang out there, its not a big deal. If we dont go with our regular early morning crowd, it does get crazy busy later in the day.

This gym is Amazing. Better than any of the sports Ive been too. The weights arent organized but thats the members issue not staff. Everything seems pretty clean. Much better than Bella Terra . I wish the sauna was actually a sauna though. Its more like an extension of the locker room. Theres no heat ! O and the scale is broken it says Ive gained two lbs. Hahahaha

VELLA

This is one of my favorite gyms. Its not a super sport but sometimes it feels like it is. Lots of weights and machines. No pool and no towel service. The only problem with this gym is the dirty sauna that never gets hot enough and the shower walls are very dirty as well.

Cosmetic make over in the entrance area.after that old & dirty... Equipment getting worst. Treadmills tops held on by pieces of black straps with 4 Phillips screws holding it together. Pathetic!!! Memberships monies not going towards the up keep of this gym anymore!!!

Havent been in awhile ...medical issues:(. Signed up with trainer ERICA( for free)Got a refresher on some new equipment ( been 3yrs)Erica is just the right amount of trainer love her out look and format. Im so excited to get on a regular schedule :)!!!!

This gym is close to where I live and the staff are very friendly. It gets fairly crowded but never have to wait more than 10 minutes to use the squat rack. Noticed a lot of people let you work in with them. This 24 hour fitness has a good atmosphere.

This location has perverted staff. once you enter u have eyes on u. Very discouraging and uncomfortable to workout. Since is small its always crowded . The bathrooms and showers are dirty. U see alot of Toilet paper and hairs in the floor

Not enough 45 pound plates at this gym. Often times I need to search clear across the gym just to find a plate. LA Fitness does a much better job equipping their gyms with an adequate number of plates.

I absolutely love this gym. Its WAY better than the one by my house. Worth the drive. Lovely front desk employees and the gentleman who signed my friend up for a membership was pleasant. Great job guys!!

I dont ever go when its crowded so I never have any issues with getting a machine or equipment. I have taken the body pump and yoga classes and thought they were worth taking

This branch is older but has nice staff and is never super crowded. I like the sauna at back of mens showers. Very clean locker rooms and excellent training room.

Really disappointed, they send me a pass to my eamil to try it out then when i get ther the guy in the front desk on Friday night wanted to charge me $15 bucks!.

Great gym, most of the equipment is new as of a year ago. I trained with Momo a few times, she is great and now I say hi when I see her there.

This is the best gym in the world. The gym rats are friendly and share their wisdom with whomever asks. Dont judge a book by its physique. Lol

The best 24 Active in the area. Plenty of machines and benches. Go to the Westminster gym just once and you will see a big difference.
