I must also promote Volt. I have been placed at the last three jobs I have held by Volt. All of them were 40 hour a week, long term jobs. They were temporary assignments of course, so eventually the hiring company no longer needed me, but I am still basically "an employee of Volt" so they find me new positions quickly. You interview -with- Volt because you are working for them. Another company hires Volt to send someone to work for them, you, but you still "belong" to Volt. This is how a temp agency works, people! THE KEY is that they place VERY well. There are HUNDREDS of other applicants besides you. If you are not the best they have for a position you will not get it. You cannot complain that this location has terrible service, because this is not even a "service" for you. You are looking for an employer. You are not hiring Volt; they are hiring you. Put your best foot forward and you will get a job!

I wish I could give it a zero. Its just a big waste of time. So, I know Craiglist is not the best place to looks for jobs, but when one needs a job, one has to look every where. So, they keep posting this add on Craiglist for a job to start immediately, they will respond to you right away, and send you a bunch of forms to be filled out with personal information, then they will give you an appointment the following day. Stupid me, I went to the appointment and they just asked me to filled out more paper work. THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY JOBS OPEN, and I believed they do this just to fulfill their requirements. The people in the office treats you like a criminal, a really big lady came out and supposedly was going to interview me, but she just glanced at all the paper work and said, well we dont have anything available right now. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Do not go to this place is worse than a scam.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! VERY RUDE!!! I was told by an employer that i would have to go to volt in order to work at their location. when i went to V olt i had an interview and they said they would submit my application to the job because i sound like an extreamly good candidate..yeah right..they didnt activate my file..i found this out when i called them back a week later so i didnt get the job that was already guranteed for me all i had to do was go through volt..what a waste of time..when i called back they said that christina was un available and to email her..i did so and gave a call back to check to see if they received the email and the douche bag at the front desk yelled at me an said," stop calling you called multiple times today!"..when i only called once.. very rude!!! dont do anything with them!!bad company!!

I have to disagree with the previous ratings. I was a walk-in for the light industrial positions they have available. The lady at the front desk Jessica Hutson seemed extremely busy but yet delivered excellent costumer service all around (answering phones, answering questions for new applicants that where in there and processing lots of paperwork it seemed). I interviewd with Christina Barraza, she is a sweet lady. I was instructed after I called , to check-in once a week to put my self on their availability list . I did not see anythin wrong with this staffing agency. They do their best to put people out to work. I am aware that it is not up to them if you get hired but up to the companies when it comes to choosing their candidates.

You will apply to a job that does not exist. Then they will tell you they will find you something. If they do they will call you. But if your busy because you are tring to find a job. Do not expect the job to be there when you call them back. They will give it away right away. They will not find you anything. Dont waste your time with them. It has been a couple of weeks. I have not heard anything from them. I also keep seeing the same posting over. Do not trust them and keep looking.

As soon as you walk in the greet you politely and with respect ...once you ask for an application right away they give it to you no matter what ..there so helpful and they do work with you to find you a job fast..i walked in on a Wednesday and by Thursday afternoon they already had found me a job for the following week...i will recommend this agency to friends and family...

Typical agency experience, although this was one of the worse ones. They dont answer emails but when you call to ask about jobs they promised they are too busy to speak but can fire of an email 30 seconds after you call. Ive never delt with an agency with such poor communication. Dont waste your time. There are PLENTY of other great agencys to work with.

Unless you are an illegal immigrant looking for work this place is not the right place to find a job. Illegals have the advantage over citizens because of the type of jobs they offer. Low pay and 12 hour work days. They only seem to cater to illegal aliens.

Do not go to this place. They always place an ad stating massive hiring of 50 or 100+ positions that are available. Very poor communication. They never call u back. And if you call them, they claim they are busy at the moment

Nobody is helpful here. Took weeks just to get a minimum hour job offer. I used their website and talked with curators , nothing came of it. I believe they only cater to recently released jail and prison convicts
