I’m usually one to look for reviews on many things and I am always kind of skeptical if the reviews are honest, but my experience with Express Employment Professionals in Irvine has been a very positive one. This is my honest review of their company. I recently applied online and quickly received a call from Shelly to come in for an interview. I was scheduled for an interview with them next day. During the interview I was asked about my past employment, skills, and what I type of position I was looking for. I worked closely with Shelly and Jazmin to find a position that met my qualifications and desired salary. The following day, I was scheduled with two interviews for interested companies. Jazmin knew of a position that I was perfect for and recommend that the company should reconsider interviewing me although they required more experience. After her persistent efforts, I was granted an interview. I received an email with the addresses, interview times, company details and a document that would help prepare me with possible interview questions. I felt completely prepared and was given instructions on how to fill out an Express timecard to get paid for interviewing. Immediately after my interview I received a phone call from Express that I was offered the position. They negotiated by salary and gave me all the information needed to start my new position that following week. Overall, I definitely recommend Express Employment Professionals in Irvine. I applied online on a Wednesday, went to their interview on Thursday, interviewed for a company on Friday, and started working Monday! I couldn’t be happier! Plus, they offer benefits for a low cost while you are employed through them. That is always a plus nowadays. I understand that everyone’s experience will be different, and some will take longer to find positions than others. That really depends on the individual, their skills, and their overall persona for the position. But in my case, everything moved quite swiftly and thanks to Express!

Express Employment Professionals is great. From my personal experience, it seems they know exactly what theyre doing. Their office is very professional and everyone always seems organized and know what is going on. Communication is excellent - I always get a response back within the hour (email or phone); never had to wait any longer than a day. They will get you to where you want to go in your career, but your part lies in showing the Client Company that you are someone who is committed and able to meet or exceed their expectations. And that is completely fair. I highly recommend Express because they are very well balanced and will work with you from start to finish. Shelly Grieve was my recruiter and the process was quick and easy. She tells you exactly what she needs and as long as you provide that, theres nothing to worry about. I really recommend looking for Shelly if she is available. Even after I accepted my full-time offer, she is still willing to help me find occasional weekend work to occupy my free time. My experience at Express Pros was a very good one. Typically I didnt like using temp agencies in the past because I never felt like they had my best interests at heart and sometimes I felt like they would just forget about you if you didnt have the skill set they were looking for. Well that was not the case at Express Pros from the minute I met with Melissa I knew I was in good hands and that she would work hard to find me a good job. And she did about a week after interviewing with Melissa I had two very solid interviews set up with companies that are close by my house and paid rather well. So overall I would have to say my experience at Express Pros has been excellent and I would have no problem recommending them to any of my friends or family that are looking for work. I really liked working with Melissa she made everything seamless, easy to understand, and had me working quickly after meeting with her. Thanks Express Pros and Thank You Melissa for all your hard work!!

My experience with Express Employment Professionals has been very positive. After a year sabbatical from my last position - 15 years at a very large company - I contacted Express for some opportunities on a second career, utilizing my past experience and skills. My primary goal was to find another stable, reliable company, preferably close to my residence. Within a few months, Express found me a position they thought was a great fit. After interviewing and meeting individuals at the Company, Express Employment wanted to be certain that I too, thought it was a good fit. I told them that I agreed with their assessment. I appreciated Express for making the extra effort on my behalf! Finally, thank you Melissa for finding this position and a big thank you to Linde, the Front Office Coordinator, her follow through with the weekly administration to assure payment etc. is outstanding. I would defiintely recomend Express Pros to anyone looking for employment. Melissa and Linde have been so extremely helpful and found a job for me within a month! Melissa interviewed me, asked me a lot of questions about my job history, and what I was looking for. I had 4 interviews and now have a job close to home, the right money, the right fit, everything! I had a lot of trouble doing this myself and was unable to get an interview on my own. Melissa even tweaked my resume a bit to tailor it towards the positions I was applying for. I dont know how common my experience is but if everyone gets what I got with Express then I cant recommend them enough! I applied on a Thursday. Got a call Thursday night to come in Friday for an interview. That same Friday they found me work and I went to interview at the new job. Express matched me so well/fast that I started work the following Monday. After a year of looking for work alone, it took one day at Express to get me work. Everyone I interacted with there is very nice. The perfect mix of professional and friendly. If you need help finding work please apply to Express!

I was working at two low paying part-time jobs when Claudia gave me a call regarding a full-time design job opening with a printing company. In two weeks I was hired and am now making twice as much as I was before. Friendly, courteous, and very resourceful, the staff at this establishment made sure I had everything I needed to prepare me for the interview. Special shoutout to Linde as well for always being friendly, cheerful, and always helpful. Would definitely recommend to anyone who feels they need that little extra boost in finding a dependable job.

The staff at Express Employment in Irvine is excellent. You can see by the way they treat their clients that they are committed to excellence and are pros at what they do. They have great follow up and a fantiastic work ethic., They are not just gathering names they are working hard on a daily basis to place you in your given field.
