I purchased machines from Charles in a rather seemless manner. He shipped me the incorrect machines (gas dryer in lieu of electric) as we specifically ordered. Since then, he will not respond to emails, phone calls or any of my attempts to correct their error. I have no choice but to pursue them via small claims court. I would avoid doing business with him due to their failure to acknowledge their error and their rather childish avoidance of me and refusal to correct this issue.

Buyer beware!! This company and the owner Fred are a fraud. Purchased 13 pieces of equipment and every one was faulty. They claim that every machine was tested before they leave their store. This was a total lie. They sell dangerous equipment that should be condemned. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Totally unscrupulous.

We opened our third Laundromat with all refurbished equipment from Fred, equipment received in very good working order. Just a few calls on minor adjustments and we are in business. I highly recommend them.
