Horrible! I was a customer for years and things happened here and there and that seemed normal. But lately, my clothes have come back with two and three creases on the same line which I noticed and had to be redone several times. This last time, I noticed a stain on my shirt that was round and the size of quarters side by side. The lady tried to tell me they were sweat stains! She got mad at me, cause I was pointing out factual deficiencies with their poor service! I guess Im supposed to be ok with two to three creases instead of just one. More is better! I see from the other negative reviews, Im not alone!

0 stars here! Avoid this drycleaner -they suck!! Im not new to drycleaning, and i cant believe theyre still in business. Your clothes will be lost, if youre lucky, because what they look like when you pick them up will make you ill. Saving a couple of dollars each time will not pay for the damage they cause to your clothes. I had 3 shirts damaged and 1 lost before I finally woke up. Dont pay any attention to the family and friends that they have disputing the real reviews. I would never waste time slamming someone if they didnt truly deserve it. Youve been warned.

BEWARE!! DO NOT GO HERE! HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I WENT IN TO PICK UP MY HUSBANDS WOOL BANANA REPUBLIC SWEATER AND THERE WERE HUGE HOLES AND SMALL HOLES EVERYWHERE. WHEN I ASKED THE OWNER VICKI SHE SAID, IT WAS LIKE THAT WHEN YOU BROUGHT IT IN. SHE LOOKED ME STRAIGHT IN THE FACE AND LIED AND EVEN HAD THE ADASITY TO ASK THAT I PAY FOR IT. WOW. I WILL TAKE HER TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT. ITS NOT THE MONEY BUT THE PRINCIPLE OF DOING BAD BUSINESS.

DO NOT USE THIS DRY CLEANER!!! Dropped off my suit to have pressed for a job interview only to have them give me the wrong pants back!!! Called to follow up and explain they had given me the wrong pants back and we were told it was our fault. Most inconsiderate customer service, they will take your money and give you someone elses clothes. Thank you come again, smh.
