They sent a response on Wednesday. Went to spam box. I first tried to make contact on Sunday. They said they would refund my money and give me a gift certificate for fluff and fold. Impossible to get a refund. I was ripped off for $5 on Sunday. I tried the phone numbers. I wrote to them and no response. The equipment breaks down often but these were new machine. Its pretty bad when you cant get a refund. Im going to a different laundromat. They dont care about the people who do their own laundry. Its all about who is paying for service anymore, then again in all the years i have been going here since 1993, I have only received 1 refund and it was out of the workers pocket. The equipment was pretty bad and they made some improvements but not refunding taken money is theft.

Efficient hours, great prices. I only saw 2 machines that were out of order. Free wifi. The staff doesnt seem to acknowledge you if youre doing your own clothes-- maybe theyre not expected to. Wish the staff was friendlier. Overall, great place to wash my clothes. Ill be back.

Cost: $3.75 for 24 mins medium size "Speed Queen" commercial washer time (holds aporox. 3 small loads) and 25 cents for 10 mins dryer time. I like that the facility is clean and there is free wifi. My only complaint is that there is no bathroom.

Great place! Machines are great, lots of seats and outlets. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Open from 6am until midnight every day. Thats almost as good as having facilities in your home.
