Ive lived in my condo for about 9 years now & we have the "newer" machines that accept card payments. First of all, the machines have a setting called "Permanent Press" & if you use this setting, the machine will spin your clothes VERY SLOWLY. So slowly, that they will be literally soaked with water requiring you to either re-wash them to get the spin cycle to work correctly OR suck it up & wring them out by hand OR dry them like.... 20 times. Whats even more frustrating is that sometimes the machines will voluntarily go into this setting. The worst. Secondly, the card readers are unreal cheap & dont seem to always read the cards. "Bad Read, try again" displays literally every time you insert a card. & when it does read, it takes a good 60 to 120 seconds for it to say "Select Cycle"... Our internet is pretty fast... thats not necessary. Oh & also, sometimes they dont even run. You pay your money... nothing happens. & sometimes the locking mechanism on the door doesnt catch forcing you to lean on the door tricking the comp to thinking its closed so the damn thing will run. & one of them breaks literally every week. Theyve gotten better with coming & fixing machines but good lord man.... this is unacceptable in 2017.

Coinmach operates the laundry rooms at 8601 International Ave,Canoga Park CA 91304. Mostly they do a good job but their servicing of the machines needs a smarten up. Every week a guy arrives to take all the money but never does a check to see all the machines are operating. In fact they do never check if the machines are operating and rely on users to call in. I am probably one of few that actually do that. I have tested it and have not called in and the broken machines have gone on for weeks with no attention. I have lost dollars and dollars and I am sure others have too , putting money into a machine that turns out to be broken. Surely it would not take much to require their money collectors to check for machines operation. Even if the machine has " broken" notice on it , they do not report it. I am sure they make enough money to afford this and not rely on customers to report broken machines .

Their machines break down and leak to much. They get fixed and weeks later break down again. Then you have to take the time to write down the machine # i.e CRJ-705, which I have memorized because all of them have broken down multiple times. You go to their website or call in the old worn down machine to place a service order to it get repaired. Two days later fixed and then 2-4 weeks later another one bites the dust! I have had 2 out of 3 dyers break down on me and it literally took me 5 hours to finish my laundry! I LOVE DOING ONE LOAD AT TIME!!! Instead go to your local Fluff & Fold... STOP WASTING YOU TIME & MONEY WITH Coinmach!!! Going to have a talk with Coinmach and try to get all these problematic machines replaced or replace them with DADSON WASHER SERVICES which has a 4 STAR REVIEW!!!

I live in a building where the laundry room is leased by Coinmach. The laundry room has flooded the entire time Ive lived here and usually only two of four washers are working. Several weeks ago, the entire laundry room was shut down until Coinmach serviced it. Three of the machines worked for a few days and now only two washers are working. Dont know how many of the four dryers are working. Im with Rich P., if I could give - stars or a 0 star I would. The building I live in is otherwise not a bad building in a great location. I do hope the apartment management company will be able to cancel their lease with Coinmach due to default.

Machines are always broken (we have four washers and three Dryers as the fourth has been broken since move in), one washer does not provide full 36 mins , instead it provides 30 mins according to timer. Dryers require double dries more times then not, all documented. Have called many times to coin mach and HOA claims only coin mach can service their laundry rooms at the MET complex in Woodland hills. Its never repaired in the HOA washrooms, ever nor have they come to swap out the broken drying unit in the six months Ive lived in this unit. May need to call BBB bc its horrible to have to take four hours to do three loads on laundry!

horrible service just as everyone has stated...any good reviews,they are not recent!! the complex where i live has been with this company for some time,we have had problems with service,but not like whats going on now!!! never have i dealt with as poor customer service as this...dont know whats happened... but i would never ,ever, recommend this company!!! they cant even handle simple repairs,as a matter of fact they dont follow up,refund lost money..nothing..trust that if there was a way to give MINUS score i would!! RUN FOR THE HILLS....BAD BAD SERVICE!!!! TRUST THE RECENT RATINGS NOT THE 3 AND 4 YEAR OLD ONES!!!

our washer has been broken since last Wednesday. coin slot is stuck in. I remember when I would call this company and things would be fixed in 2 days. I dont know what happened, but service is not good any more. anyone know what happened? and does anyone know of other companies that supply service to apartments? how do I give a negative star?… its happened again… why does it take a week for someone to come and empty the quarters out of the machine? I dont know what happened but this company sucks!

They are scumbags collect the money and ignore you. I would not be surprised if they management is in jail by the end of the year. I have lived in my condo for 1 year and the machines that were broke when I first moved in are still broken. I have called about this, the management company for the condo has called, and below is the only thing they do. They put tags on the machine saying it is broken. Truly they will be out of business soon and possible criminal charges. STAY AWAY FAR AWAY.

Worst company in the laundry business...we are an apartment complex of ONLY 33 units.....we have 3 washers and 3 dryers.......and they are continuously down and needing repair...and its not in a timely manner...which causes our tenants to complain. Also when the machines get full of quarters, they WILL NOT accept anymore money and WILL NOT Operate.......and you have to wait for someone to empty the money....which could take a week......so therefor your machines wont be available!!!

Residence and tenants should protest this counmatch and landlords should not ever use this company Their prices are obscene! I will do everything I can to make it know for their gauging tactics. $2.50 for a wash and $2.25 for a dry and thats one load. The machines are nothing special just generic. Also the cards rarely work Coinmatch dosent even use coins and cant match any of their competitors because theyre crooks and thugs

Left a service request around 10.30 am on Saturday 9/17/16. As of 4.30 pm no one returned to my call. This is the most incompetent company I have encountered. There was not any sign left that the machine was not operational, it took the money but it turned out the machine was not even connected. Totally, completely INCOMPETENT company. One star is too much, it is zero. PW
