Sorry to inform you this place is not worth your time or money. My husband and I have been going to this cleaners for a year and we have finally had enough. We were going here because it is pretty cheap but saving .50-$1 is not worth the poor service. On multiple occasions we have had to wait about 25-30 minutes with one or two people ahead of us because the lady just sits there and has long drawn out conversations with the old men. A long wait only to receive such rude service when it was my turn. The last straw was when a large bead came off my $300 dress and the bleach blonde hag that pretty much runs the place said I can dig through a box to find it and then PAY $2 to have it put back on. WTF! I refuse to pay for their mistake and refuse to give them my service ever again. I can't believe we put up with it for so long, definitely not worth the savings.

I would give them zero stars if I could. My family has been going to them for years, and their quality and customer service continued to decrease to the point where this morning it was the final straw. They refused to sort the clothes for me, the lady is angry when you talk to her, and they act as if you are inconveniencing them. Between myself, my sister, and my father we spend close to $600 a month there. I vow never to go there again and I live a block away. I am so angry, Ive never been treated that way at a service based business. My brother in law went last night 10 mins before closing and the employee told him she refuses to help him because her friend was sitting there chatting with her. I will be telling everyone I know to find an alternative, already on my way to a cleaners off 17th St.

Worst dry cleaner I have ever used in 30 years. Yes, low prices but you get lousy service, non-existent management and damaged or ruined clothes. Never, ever, give them anything of value to clean or youll be sorry. Tears, missing buttons, items that dont even look like theyve been cleaned or ironed and worst of all, items that are shrunken in size. Management will tell you (if you can find them) that you are the first to complain. They must think nobody goes online to read reviews. Bad reviews about this place all over the internet. Wish I had read them first. People will keep coming because they are "cheap." Yes they are, in all respects. Good luck. Id give them minus 5 stars if I could.

Im a guy, and therefore I may be less discerning regarding quality. I get my shirts done here and slacks, and an occasional sportcoat. I love them for the prices, I like that its local and small, and I cant tell you whether theyre better or worse than others. But I have never had a problem

Very poor service.. they lost 2 of my shirts and I had to hunt someone down to help me. It took 2 weeks to finally reach the manager, who said she needed another 15 days to try and find my clothes, and still didnt reimburse me. I guess that is how they are able to have such cheap rates.

Ive been going to this place for a while because of the low prices- but I guess you get what you pay for. They arent able to dry clean many items and I often find the same stains on my clothes as before I dropped them off, only to have them removed when I take them to other cleaners.

Had dress hemmed for my baby shower and when I went to put it on it was not hemmed properly and was not what we had agreed to when I tried on at the shop (with the same shoes). As a results dress drags on floor and I cant wear.

Great prices and good service. Have been going there for over 10 years. This is a discount cleaners so if youre looking for your clothes to get pampered, youre in the wrong place!
