I have worked in customer service for over five years and I am amazed that a national franchise could hire any of the employees Ive had the misfortune to encounter here. Our orders are constantly late and inaccurate. The employees not only turn the point of sale into a time consuming disaster but are rude and hostile to typical questions like "You charged me for color copies, these are black and white, can you adjust the reciept?". If you want to lose faith in humanity, please spend five minutes with the fine folk employeed at this location.

wondering why a Fed Ex store is occupying valuable space on the Google Maps under "La Jolla Photographers". please refine you catagory choice to one appropriate and make Google work for everyone!
