The employees can be nice with customers but they are not organized. They tell you to wait 15min. When is not really 15min its 40min . Its not the first time that happenss. Everyone complaints about the same. Today actually happe . And then they dont even have control of Oder!!! Two people walked in and they were help rite away. While I was sitting for my turn!!! They forgot about me. U will never come back to this place again. And Im gonna tell everyone that I know. To stop going to that place . Where only fools work!!!! Do t play with my time. My time worth money. I hate that. U r not only losing one customer u are losing me and all the people Im gonna tell about ur horrible organization .

Angelica did a color touch up and style for me today 12 August 2017 about an hour before closing and I more than happy with her work!!! I will be going back to this salon, instead of going to the JC Penney salon where I originally had it cut, highlighted and colored. JC Penney did not want to do hair today but Angelica from Laguna Hills Hair Salon was more than happy too!!! Angelica, thank you for the awesome color and style and please keep up the good work!!!
