I needed my bangs TRIMMED and thought I could pop in this place on my lunch hour. I asked for an equal 1/2 inch off them. What I got was my bangs unevenly hacked up! She took off at least 2 inches at one side and nothing on the other. It was horrifying! The stylist was very nice but is terrible at her job. Thankfully it was only my bangs that grow back quickly!!!!!
