Horrible experience. I made an appt. for first time eyelash extensions, they did not give me any prep info (like no contacts) I arrived 10mins early (hoping to discuss needs/concerns/pricing)and instead was made to feel guilty. I spent 2 hours with my eyelids glued shut listening to the employees talk about previous problems/issues within the salon. Upon completion, blindly (contracts went into trash, thankfully someone was picking me up) I went to pay...and was told they didnt want to honor their own coupon OR pricing flyer, they doubled the price and told me theyd give me a 10% discount next time. YASMINE did a fine job doing the lashes and Id recommend her, but Ill never get any service from Vive again.

Thank you Ingrid! I was very nervous but ended up with 5 star service. I moved from Brentwood and havent been able to find a quality colorist in the I.E. in a year and a half. I tried 3 colorists... all who have ruined my hair. Luckily I got an appointment with Ingrid and she did an incredible color correction. She knew exactly what I needed. Her personality is the best too. Fell in love with her knowledgeable and caring presence. Luckily I called this salon and was scheduled with Ingrid.

I was not happy with my pedicure and manicure. Im sure I could have done a better job at home. Seemed that she was in a rush to pickup her kids from daycare. Did not notice the job closely until I got home, otherwise, would not have tipped her. Never again!!! On the other hand, I did like the treatment from Justine, she did my hair and I was very satisfied. Thank you!

I got my hair done for homecoming and I was really pleased with their work. I got my hair and make up done. I have really curly hair and they were patient with straightening it. Great place to go. Very professional.

I can say for certain the staff is nice but some can be a bit snotty. I went in for a hair cut I did not get the cut I wanted. I paid a lot of money for a light cut.
