To EVERYONE & ANYONE, I just wanted to take a quick moment to give a huge shout out to David Diaz, Joel and Ivan over at ELITE AUTOMOTIVE in Lake Forest, Orange County, California! I have been coming to this establishment even when they started at their original location. The reason why my mom, my family and I keep coming back for oil changes, tune ups and all of our auto repairs is because in this day and age is because you can with out any doubt whatsoever...you can TRUST them all at Elite Automotive! They have ALWAYS been there to take care of all our car needs...and when we get our cars back...my family and I believe for certain that they end up driving better than when we droped them off. You can FEEL that you car is better for taking to ELITE! Shout out goes to my main man and mechanic, David Diaz! He is such a humble human being and when he tells you what the diagnostic came back with and how much it will be...you never have that gut feeling that you are being miss lead or taken advantage of! He will even go the ends to get you every discount that is possible for you just to out the cherry on top! All in all...ELITE AUTOMOTIVE is a literal GOD SEND for ANYONE who takes their vehicles there! I will always take my car there and will ALWAYS recommend they see David or Joel! I drove in to Elite motors with my old battery ( the car was dead the night before and AAA jumped started it), for peace of mind I bought a new battery at the dealership. I spoke to Eddie in the counter about installing the new battery, Eddie said to wait a minute, lets check it out first. Edie and a mechanic asked to open the hood and check the battery/ charging system etc. all checked out OK, and Eddie said you dont need to replace it and just return the one you bought. Its amazing how honest this place is, I decided To replace it the battery anyway. And I was only charged 1/2 of what quoted, since the job was simpler than what anticipated. David D. and the team did an excellent job with me and my 14-year-old German car in a series of visits in Summer 2014 for complicated troubleshooting and staged repairs in the emission system. This shop did the work for <50% what the dealership quoted, and included an oil change! And they fixed what another garage simply could not. David was super informative, agreeable about helping me shop for less expensive parts, positive-minded, and attentive to my expiring registration predicament. This shop saved my otherwise great car from the junkyard, and I will definitely be back there with whatever car I have.

I made an appointment online, took my car in for the service and I was in and out within 1 hour. As usual, the folks at Elite took great care of me and my car. Which is why I take both of my cars to Elite for whatever service, fix it problem, etc I have. Its nice to be able to not only chat with Ivan and Joel, but also to have two of the owners, Eddie and Z stop and say hello and chat for a few minutes. I would / do recommend Elite to all of my friends for any / all of their car service needs. Glad I found them a few years back, as finding a shop that you can trust these days is not always easy. I only use Elite for my 4 Family cars. They have done body/paint work on all 4, and they do all my mechanical work as well. They are fair priced. Hard to find this level of professionalism in this kind of a business. Great Staff, great service and I truly feel they are very honest. Ivan and Z are the best. I have a 2015 BMW740LI and they do all my work and service for a fraction of the BMW Dealer price. Try them once and you will be like me, I only go there for years now. They fixed my 2 Camrys and my Sons Mitsubishi Truck. They wont fix things that dont need to be fixed. Awesome.

We have a fleet of over 60 vehicles . We have used several vendors in the past 20 years without a lot of success. We were referred to Eddie at Elite last year by one of our customers. We had an excellent experience . There was great communication through the whole process . The truck was finished and delivered in the time frame promised . The invoice matched the estimate . The quality of work was Top Notch. Since that 1st experience we have sent several vehicles for repair and have had the same experience every time . This is now the only body shop we use .

I have a difficult time believing that these reviews are legitimate. For oil changes, tire rotations and other routine services, Elite Automotive does a good job. I wouldnt use them for more complicated repairs, however. I had them replace my transmission a few months back. It failed within a few thousand miles. They repaired the transmission but it never worked properly after that. Finally, when the "warranty" ran out, I took the car to a dealer and was told that the transmission that Elite Automotive sold me was not the recommended transmission.

Had the guys look at it because it was revving. Maintenance required was on. They called me after several hours and told me it was the transmission was slipping and the oil was burnt, I also needed new spark plugs and so on. I took it to another shop and he did an OBD (on board diagnostics) and it was fine. He even looked inside and nothing was wrong it just needed an oil change. This shop was better at its old location. Maybe theyre just getting greedy around the holidays I dont know. Im not coming back.

So glad I found Elite for my 7 year Volvo. It started with a defective battery that was purchased through AAA MidAtlantic but they replaced it for free based on the warranty. They did an examination and came up with 2 other problems that they fixed today within my 2 hour requirement as I had to get to work. You can tell they are honest and I am grateful to have found a place that is not out to take my money but to earn my trust and have me refer future clients.

I have been taking my car to Elite now for several years. I live in Placentia, CA. Needless to say it a it of a drive, Joel usually handles me with my cars, we have different cars and all three gets serviced from them. I have had other wait on me and always have been treated exceptionally well. Obviously with the distance I would not drive that far! So because of there professionalism Im rating 5 stars. You will be treated with dignity and get the vip treatment.
