I am always skeptical about going to a new salon. Is it clean? Will they do a great job? Will I feel comfortable while I am there? This salon truly is a hidden gem. I was impressed with their level of customer service. I was greeted and asked if I wanted water, Soda or tea while I waited for my stylist another observation about this salon, cleanliness is key. Ingrid was my stylist and I will most certainly be back to see her! I handed her a stack of pictures and we briefly decided on a few styles that would compliment my face shape and what outcome I was looking for. No pressure to do this or that, she wanted me to be comfortable with my choice. I decided on a cut and color. Nothing drastic in the color but definitely chopped out some inches from my hair. I LOVE my haircut and have received multiple compliments on the style. Needless to say, I will be seeing Ingrid when I am due for a change and you should too! Ask for Ingrid! Ingrid is AMAZING! Love the atmosphere and decor! So friendly and welcoming :) she did a fantastic job of listening to how I wanted my hair cut and made it SUPER soft with a hair treatment! I have done coloring for years, and she completely made my hair feel soft and new again! Then she gave me a perfect blowout just the way I requested with loose waves ! Love this girl! Shes fantastic
