I am very grateful to John because I am a color challenge. For whatever reason my hair fails to cooperate with most coloring solutions, which means finding a colorist who is both patient and creative can be tough. John is both of those things. Every time we get together he gives the problem that is my hair his full attention and comes up with a way for it to look great. He is flexible, good-matured, and takes his job seriously. Hes also honest - if my hair looks bad or hasnt held up well since our last visit he acknowledges it - and then he sets about making it look good again. Finally, he cuts hair beautifully, too.
