I guess as far as funeral homes go pretty standard layout. Leaches sapping money from the grieving every chance possible. As if losing your brother at age 30 isnt enough, youre now in debt for 20k. If my family sees this ! Please burn me please dont go into debt for this !

Funeral director failed to "direct" and made a naturally difficult day much worse. And an electronic guest book sent out spam email the very next day after the service. Very tacky.
