I do not recommend anybody to do any dry clean at this location for any services.I took in a very expensive comforter and when I came back to pick up my comforte it was ripped all in the middle. I spoke to the manager Alfonso about the problem, and the only thing I got from him was an unprofessional rude service. after couple of days conversating of the situation, he decided to give me my money back but not the service fee , so basically I pay them to ruin my comforter . it will be the last time I ever come to this dry clean. they might be cheap but its for a reason .

After 10 years of being a loyal customer, I was in line with a senior female to drop suits off. A female of middle age walk to the head of one of the registers and I informed her that the line was behind us and the employee stated, “She was a VIP.” I replied, “Are we all not VIPs?” she stated NO. As a business owner in the service industry ALL CLIENTS ARE VIPS, they pay our bills. The owner was present and said nothing. CUSTOMER SERVICE?

Weve been taking our clothes there for over 10 years and have never had a problem with the dry cleaning services. It costs extra for spot removal but its worth it and they have never lost any garments. The alterations arent too great so I dont take many things there for repairs except a simple hem. After reading some of the comments that the employees are rude, Im very surprised because they have always been friendly to me and my family.

First time here and i walked out after giving me the ridiculous price. They were trying to charge me $64 to sow on 4 small elastic band on 4 small childs bed sheet.. After i asked why so much she said ok she will leave it at 45. What?! do you even know how much to charge?! Walked out of there asap .. These people make up prices

They are very inexpensive and the quality is decent. The only good employee is the guy with the goatee and dark hair. I think he is the owner or manager. The rest of the are RUDE! They hang up on you when you call, treat you like cattle, etc. But it is all worth going there because of the cost savings.

Rude doesnt start to descrbie them. I called them (they answered after several attempts) and hung up on me when I asked a quesiton. I dont care if the service there is free, I WOULD NEVER USE THEM! Who is the idiot who owns this place?

Very Disapointed in service and very unmotivated staff. Charge one price for alterations then charge a different more expensive price for the exact same pants. Very happy to take my business elsewhere to people who want my service.

Sometimes the wait can be long, but most of the time its super fast. It usually takes me longer to find parking than it does to drop off/ pick up. 5% discount if you pay cash up front. Every penny counts!

The worst customer experience ive ever had. First of all they have some grumpy 16 year old at the front who doesnt know a thing about respect. And they refused to clean my clothes with no given reason.

Cheap, highly consistent in cleaning my clothes! They always get any stains out, even drunken wine stains! Definitely check them out!
