This review is solely for our driver Edgar. He is such a pleasure to work with. He always takes care of our needs. If we are missing scrubs or have damaged ones he ensures it is resolved. He knows everything about our route and we hate it when he is on vacation because the other drivers mess up our deliveries. The office staff themselves are no use. When Edgar was out of work for an injury the office staff said they would deliver our scrubs a day early on the Christmas and new years week since we would be closed during our normal delivery date. Yet when those days came they did not show up. And when I called them to see why our scrubs were not delivered a day early Daniel said it was never in their schedule. So obviously the office staff do not have their stuff together. They basically lied to us when they said they could accommodate an early delivery. Daniel was of no help to me with our dilemma and acted as if he did not care - it was not his problem. If it was not for our driver we probably would have switched companies and this review would be at a 1 star. If you decide to go with the company hopefully youre lucky enough to get Edgar as your driver.

We have been doing business with Unifirst for nearly 25 years and although we are a small shop (with few employees) they always strive to provide us with outstanding customer service. Any complaints we have, for the most part are taken care of right away. George, our sales rep goes above and beyond to keep us happy and maintain our business with Unifirst. Although, Angel our driver, is fairly new he is always more than willing to give us the best he can and he always does it with a smile. Hes always engaging and attentive to our needs. I am beyond aggravated with this company. Poor service, horrible call back times and horrible customer service. I would not recommend his company for uniforms and laundry services. I am trying to get my company to switch to another company because of this horrible service unifirst provides. I have called several times to speak to a manager and my calls go unanswered. Its like they dont want to fix the problems they cause.

George and Art from UniFirst Norwalk CA recently stopped by to install new locks and labels on our lockers. Now all lockers are in sequence order which makes it a faster process for them and our employees. The customer service George and Art provide is totally fantastic! There model is, "Ask and you shall receive" and quick response too! Always ready to keep their customers happy. Thanks guys - You Rock!
