Used to be a pretty good place when it was owned by the older Asian couple. Now its under new management. Now it sucks. Barely anyone on staff. Half the machines I used are out of order every time Ive gone in (once weekly) and they dont get them fixed. The staff doesnt speak English, so if you have any concerns, you had better know Spanish. There are tripping hazards everywhere in this tiny place. The older lady who cleans the place walks around dragging a shop vacuum behind her without any filter on it to clean the lint out of the dryers. She does not give a f---- who she gets in front of or where the customers are. Since there is no filter on the vacuum, lint just comes shooting out of the back. Have any freshly cleaned clothes anywhere near the vacuum? Tough sh--, now theyre covered in a lint from all sorts of peoples clothes. I tried giving the new management a chance, but there was a night where my clothes became stuck in a washer that had broken down and they were just spinning there for over an hour because not a single person was on staff. I almost considered breaking open the washer door to get my clothes before they were irreversibly ruined. Luckily for me, the one of the two emergency numbers on the wall worked and I got the owner. I told him what was going on and he said hed be there in 15 minutes. 45 minutes later, he arrives and has to shut the power off to the machine and then unscrew the lid to let me get my clothes. I asked why there was no one on staff and he simply said: "Oh, my wife left and I was supposed to take her place, but I didnt." Yes, that is what he said. Verbatim.

It used to be such a pleasant experience. The previous owners would greet you at your vehicle and assist you with getting your laundry in the facility. As well as appreciating your business and offering the customers free bottle of water with a snack. Every machine was always working, the place was clean and tidy. Now its nothing but TRASH!! From the service (there is no such thing as service, no one is ever there to serve you,) most patrons are ghetto, homeless people taking bird baths in the tiny sink, banging on the machines to get change out, its ALWAYS FILTHY and most machine are OUT OF ORDER. THESE NEW OWNERS ARE HORRIBLE,, YOU ALL HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!

虽然看不到以前亚洲夫妻的店主热情的招呼，和免费的饮用水，但年轻的员工工作也很努力。可是一些机器坏掉好久都修不好。

My clothes overheated in the dryer and some articles were completely ruined. There was smoke everywhere, if I hadnt stopped it when I did there may have been a fire! I dont think they maintain their machines very well. Positives are its clean, for the most part.
