I put a $10 bill into the change machine, and received no change. The employee working there refused to give me a credit on the washing machines or return my bill. He said that if I was a customer, he could help me. I told him I just wanted that credit on a washing machine, but then he said he couldnt do that. To say I was frustrated at this point would be an understatement. I attempted to call the number he gave me for the owners, but there was no answer. I will keep calling. This is ridiculous.

CLEANEST MODERN BEST KEPT LAUNDRY IN LONG BEACH!!!!! I drive about 4 miles to get there because its the only place I can do my laundry in peace without panhandlers and street life bothering me.. Machines are new, reasonably priced and the place feels safe and its clean. Restaurants nearby (Pollo Loco) and free parking.. Why go any where else? Hours are 6 to 10 , 7 days.

Well it was clean and the washers and dryers where good and there where places around there to get something to drink or eat and it was close to home...
