The owner lost my $80 dress shirt and has nothing to show for it. No compensation, no replacement coupon, no discounts on future business, not even an apology. Literally, Nothing. He and especially his son are completely out to lunch, merely falling back on But were a 30 year old family run business! as a response to any complaint. Perhaps doing things the same way for 3 decades might be a *bad* thing when it clearly results in taking customers for granted. Save yourself such unwanted risks and pay a bit more for a modicum of professionalism and thoroughness. I remain unequivocally appalled at this business and its owners.
