Unlike the other review I had the opposite experience with the owner and found him extremely pleasant and very helpful. I have used VIOP exclusively for my dry cleaning for 4 years now and will continue to do so. I would highly recommend them over any other cleaner in the Newport Beach area (I have tried many).
