I cannot begin to say enough good things about Ed and the team at Quality Plus & Kevork Body Shop. My car was having trouble starting this morning, and as soon as I called and told them the problem to see if they were available to help me today, I was met with assurance that they would be able to take care of it as soon as I wanted to bring my car in. Immediately upon arrival, the staff was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. Ed showed me exactly what the problem was, explained what needed to be done, and helped me understand what had happened. Ed communicated with me throughout the day to give me updates on the battery issue that he had resolved, and to kindly let me know that it would be a good idea to get my brakes replaced and my oil changed in the near future. Let me be abundantly clear when I say that this was IN NO WAY him trying to up-sell his services. There was no implication that I had to have these services performed at his shop. My brakes had been squeaky for some time now, and I hadnt had an oil in change in many months, so I knew that he was right. I appreciated him taking the time be so thorough and see if my car needed anything else. To have all this accomplished at a one stop shop was tremendous weight off my shoulders and saved me a lot of time. From the outside of this business, you can see that they have plenty of business and many happy customers. I trusted Ed to take care of the brakes and oil change per his recommendation, and I could not be happier with the results. My car is running smoothly, and to top it all off, they were able to do ALL THESE THINGS FOR ME with a moments notice in less than one work day. I picked up my car the same day I dropped it off. I am certainly no car expert, so through the day I was speaking with my father to see if he agreed with the diagnoses on my car. He not only agreed with everything that Ed had told me, but made note that the products he was using were of high quality, and that I had been given an incredibly reasonable rate for the entire service. My father was so impressed that he himself plans to use this auto body shop in the future even though he lives in Orange County. I would recommend this shop to anyone who needs any type of service for their vehicle. The price point here is far below market, and the quality as well as customer service is far above. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Ive been going to Quality Plus / Kevork Body Shop for almost ten years. Edward and his brother Ed are the owners - completely easy to deal with, and - most importantly - theyre 100% HONEST!! What an awesome (and unique) way to run a mechanic shop. Theyre outstanding! I trust them completely. I never worry about them charging for unnecessary work. I know my car will be fixed right the first time, and only what needs to be done. I wont go to anyone else. The karma theyll receive for always being trustworthy, honest and reliable is going to be huge - and they deserve all of that good, multiplied. (Bonus! They explain stuff to you as little - or as much - as you want to know about whats wrong with your car, too. Everyones different about that sort of thing, and they get it.)

This place is absolutely fantastic. The service is incredible and the guys who work there are a breath of fresh air in that world. Youbreally delnyoure being taken care of rather than ripped off...I took our Mercedes G wagon in for a collision repair...they also did some customization. Cannot recommend it highly enough.

I have been taking my cars to Quality for many years and have always gotten prompt service at a reasonable price! The guys are very attentive to my time schedule and will take my car in immediately for an oil change or alignment while I wait. Its good to have a go to spot that you can trust in a big city like LA.
