They are always courteous and very thorough with their work. I especially like the e-mail reminders for oil changes. While doing an oil change they notified me of a leaking hose. They showed me where it was leaking and told they had tightened it up but would need to be fixed. As soon as the part came in they called me. It took less than an hour for them to replace the hose. The staff is very courteous and very knowledgable and explain what needs to be replaced or fixed. The owner always comes out to greet you too. I highly recommend One Stop Auto Care and have sent family and friends there. They are all satisifed with the service.

My car needed the AC system repaired, and a number of other issues I didnt fully understand. Gerry sat and explained everything in detail. Ive been to the dealership and always felt apprehensive about what they were telling me. The people at one stop put me entirely at ease. They even took me to the garage and physically showed me what they were fixing and what was wrong with it. I left assured and relieved, with my car running like new! Thanks one stop, cant imagine taking my car anywhere else now.

They get work done in a timely manner, totally trustworthy work. Started coming here on an oil change special they had, and every time since, if I go to another auto shop Ive regretted not going to One Stop. Its close which is convenient, but Ive found them easy to talk to, and very informative. Ive made it a point to recommend to others and can confidently say I plan to only go here from now on.

Oil service...I got the other work done through my neighbor and keep getting the notes that I need to get it done, but Ive been getting the work done...just not at their shop BC Im still going to school. Thanks for your service...going to get my ish done elsewhere

They guys at Onestop provide exceptional customer service. I came in for an oil change and I needed a new battery. The work was done quickly and at great price. If you are looking do trust worthy mechanic, look no farther.

The best shop in L.A. Narciso show me what was wrong with my 2001 vw golf the car had a check engine light on and i could not pass the smog check the repair was fast fair I will keep doing business with them thank you Narciso

Got my tires and brakes changed for my Hyundai Sonata and they did a great job. The work was done the same day, fair pricing and had no issues since the work (about 3 months ago). Definitely will be coming back.
