Rantz automotive, with Anthony and Jesse, is the absolutely best experience Ive ever had with a car repair shop (or any kind of shop for that matter). When I first moved to the Eagle Rock area, I went to three other mechanics with mediocre results. Theres always trepidation when bringing a car to a mechanic, since most of us know about as much about cars as we do about kidney transplants. But after seeing how professional Anthony and Jesse were, and how carefully they explained the repairs, and how they tried to keep the cost down for me, I was hooked. Ive taken my car there for more than five years now. They treat me like family. A few years ago, my car was in the shop when I suddenly had to go up north because my mother was dying. They arranged for a huge discount on a rental car for me, then gave me a break on the cost of repairs when I got back. Just now they fixed a bad transmission leak, that wouldve cost me more than three hundred dollars, for free! Theres more I can say, but youll see for yourself if you go there. They are an institution in Eagle Rock and will never steer you wrong (pun intended)!

Awesome hardly describes this shop. From the gentleman who greets you and goes over the estimates with you to the hard workers all provide you with 100% top quality service. Recommend this shop to all my friends and anyone looking for a dealer alternative. Before stopping here for a quote, I had gotten 2 other estimates from other local shops. They beat the lowest by $300 not to mentioned that they offer me to pay the full amount in 2 payments. I cant believe I drove by so many times through this shop and never gave them a try. Well, they got a loyal customer from now on.
