I have been a customer of Falcon Auto Towing DBA Kams Auto Repair for about 7 years.My mom started doing business with them first but stopped about a year ago because of a problem that took several trips for them to repair it right. I have spent thousands of dollars at this company. I use to get my work done at the Ford dealer up until I could know longer afford the dealer prices. Over the years that I have been doing business with Falcon. I have seen people come and go and in the process of that it has had a affect on the life of my van and my money for messed up service repairs. This last visit is what hurt me on how this company took advantage of me charged me 605.57 had to take it back the next day rented a car.Picked it up had me to sign that my van could start back leaking again. because it is old " WTF two days older. Why didnt they tell me this in the first place they had my van for seven days before they half ass fixed it.

I called for information on my vehicle that was impounded there and the department manager Gaby was extremely rude to me. All I wanted to know was what paper work I need to take and how much I had to pay to get my car out (because they only except cash). I also wanted to know how much they charge per day that the car is there. At all times I was very calm and normal but Gaby yelled at me and said they couldnt give me any information.. which is so absurd since it is MY car. She was very mad and was talking to me like Im an idiot. When I again told her that All I wanted to know was how much they are going to charge me she hung up on me. When I called again and she heard my voice she hung up on me again. What kind of business is this that a person like that is a manager? Very rude and unprofessional!

Ive taken my car to Falcon twice and both times received excellent service. The first time I knew what the problem was (the gas pump needed replacing). The guy who towed me was friendly and showed up pretty quickly. I explained the problem and what I thought was wrong and they went from there. I even got a rental car to get me back to work. The second time I had no idea what was wrong, but I described the problem and they checked it out (I had to replace the cooling system). Both times they kept me informed on what was happening and the progress. They found a few other things wrong with the car (its an old car and that was to be expected), but they didnt pressure me into getting anything done that I didnt want done. Ill totally use Falcon again for all my car repairs.

A crow who was having tail trouble went into a falcon repair shop and inquire about the problem. After several days the falcon told the crow that he needed some repair done and it will cost $600 well the crow needed is tail fix so he agree to have the work done no other choice. not know that from the beginning he was about to be cheated for a minor problem thats started with the crows remote switch. there was NO work needed be done; the crow didt know that the remote had a killed switch; but the falcon did after stated that he was messing around with the remote and the tail begun to work. moral of the story dont TRUST A FALCON

Im a unhappy customer this company .broke a part of my car first they said they were going to fix it.but i guess when they price the piece it was to much .so they did not replace it.Plus the manager name is george his a bad manager .he accuse me of calling him a bad word,so the owner could be in his side,dumm black monkey guy. warning they over price parts and labor.so they rip people off. do not use this auto repair .they will charge you a lot they make it sound like it is a big deal.WARNING DO NOT USE THIS AUTO REPAIR CENTER.

Ripoff. Wanted to charge us 330 for 3 hours of work to remove our alarm system. We said no way. They kept our car for 4 days and did nothing that we asked. When we finally took our car to Midas, they reported the last mechanic "messed all your wiring up for the alarm". They had to rewire everything. And get this 110 bucks and the car starts. What the heck? They were just trying to get money. I would never recommend anyone to this place. Ever.

Our truck died while idling so we had it towed here by them as recommended by Auto Club. The people were so friendly & helpful. We left it on Friday and received call Monday morning saying the truck started up, we could come get it and NO CHARGE! Couldnt believe it. And they gave us a detailed list of repairs that should be done in the future.

The people here are soooo freaking rude and unprofessional here its ridiculous. Dont bother calling theyll just put you on hold for 10 minutes and then hang up on you each time you call because to them customers suck. My advice is to avoid this place at all costs and if you cant may the force be with you.

Just saw one of their drivers on Redondo Boulevard in Long Beach. Broad faced Hispanic guy. Swerving in and out of lanes cutting people off , and threw a Snickers wrapper out his window as he was eating. What a dirtbag. If you was my employee, he would be fired. Way to represent the company...

Falcon towing is ok ask for Diego Perez service advisor he is honest and will take his time to explain what is being done to your vehicle. As far as mechanics ask for Kattan he is tge best tech there and Octavio is a great mechanic. Both are honest and care about your car or truck

I had my car battery replaced at my place by William. I called AAA for this service and William was at my doorstep in just 15mins, even though AAA agent told me it would take 20-25mins for them to arrive. William was very polite and helpful. Good experience with Falcon and AAA!

Called in they say their on their way and after 2 hours , I called them back and asked Where is the tow truck ?? She says they will be delay for another hour, very rude . They have no customer service at all, Horrible company...... DO NOT USE THEM

They took forever over 5 hours to send the tow truck, then when i called the representative (a male) was so rude and unapologetic...never again ..called another towing company they where there within 30 mins...dont waste your time ...

Awesome car repair done, Customer is excellent, staff is so professional also they have financing if you cant pay right away. Will certainly go back for all work on my 2006 Nissan. THEY CAN GET THE JOB DONE!
