In this day and age, customer service is a lost art. It is great to know of a company that understands this vital business principle and puts it into practice in such an efficient manner. I wanted to take this opportunity to compliment Green Lite Auto on the excellent service my husband and I received recently at their shop. The owner, Ian; his mechanic, Carlos and staff went the extra mile to ensure our satisfaction with the repair work and successfully made every effort to assist us and guarantee our repeat business. Family-style customer service. I have used Greenlight for 10 years for all repairs to my 1972 Buick Skylark. I am original owner, purchased new. The worse mechanics in the city of Santa Ana. This place has been running by two crooks brothers. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. They are expensive, uneducated and extremely rude people.
