With all the rate hikes with fulfillment, warehousing, and distribution these days, it was really helpful to have found Packair! Packair helped sustain our business by taking care of A-Z – end-to-end. Instead of using multiple companies to do each part of the supply chain for us, which is really costly, inefficient, and requires more involvement, we were able to consolidate our imports from overseas, customs clearance, trucking, warehousing, inventory management, re-packing and freight delivery to distribution centers all with Packair! all around, every step of the way! Bravo Packair! I had my doubts whether a shipping company could handle my one-of-a-kind merchandise – high value and very rare. After shopping around for quotes online, I stumbled upon Packair’s site, and it is quite obvious that they are used to working with high profile clientele who move high value and rare freight. Apparently Fedex and DHL go to Packair when they’re not able to ship special cargo! Their staff is SO friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful! They answered every one of my calls, and really took the time to explain my options and best method of transport for my needs.
