Staff does not know how to use a boxcutter. I brought in a 4x13x30 package. Staff member used a massively oversized 16x16x45" box filled with a ludicrous amount of peanuts. UPS ground was going to be $120. I instead fixed the packaging job myself and went directly to the UPS shipping center. Cost was roughly $40. Im not sure how this place is even in business.

I will not give this store any referrals and I DO NOT under any circumstances recommend using this UPS store. Rupi Caur is the most un-helpful person . Extremely rude, refusing to track my package or give me a confirmation.

I absolutely wouldnt recommend this company to anyone. They never deliver when they say and they hold on to your packages until they decide to get off their butt and deliver it. VERY UNSATISFIED!!!!!!!!!

The website and door say "open till 6PM". But if you plan to make a pick up after work near 6:PM. DONT COUNT ON THEM BEING OPEN!
