I was sent there by my insurance Progressive and when they painted my new vehicle they used a unauthorized buffing machine and left swirl mark all over the hood of my new car that looked HORRIBLE and they did not install my front bumper properly it was falling off I had to take the vehicle back but they only did a mickey mouse job placing faulty tabs to temporary hold the bumper in place and they did not do anything to fix the damage they caused to my hood they only put wax that washed off totally unsatisfied I had to take my vehicle back for the same problem 3 times but this time the owner was hostel towards he told my insurance difference that he would fix the problem and get me a rental car but when I arrived they were angry and the owner was in my face questioning me if I did this to my vehicle myself and blaming me for the damage his employees caused all my information was documented and all corresponding emails and photos were taking and sent the insurance bottom line they refused to fix the damaged they caused and install my front bumper correctly I have now filed a claim with my Insurance and there cooperate I also filed and claim with the BBB and the Burial of Automotive Affairs and I will be filing a claim for pain and suffering with small claims court I do not recommend anybody to use this auto body shop under any circumstances they also charged my insurance for parts and labor that they never installed I had to forwarded the parts lists to my insurance and the BBB this is Insurance fraud and is illegal in California this auto body shop is shady and the people there are rude and unprofessional and they will be hearing from my lawyer…

These guys are amazing. I have brought my car in twice for accidents and they are always friendly, honest, handle things timely and make sure that I am completely satisfied and aware of whats been done with my car. I will keep going back to them for any goofs in the future that I do on my car ;)
