I must say that the services of this funeral home was very nice i think everything was done very well the reason that i am giving them 1 star is because of one of the assistants that work there, i believe her name is Anna Ferrante (i must say keep an eye on her). My family as well as myself saw this individual taking the sympathy cards that were suppose to be given to my aunt. At the moment we didnt think much of it we thought she was just being helpful and appreciated it because there was so much going on with the burial and the grieving we were all going through. Well as it turns out after everything was over she left along with her staff. We remembered about the sympathy cards and asked my aunt if Anna had given them to her she said she hadnt. A couple days later my aunt went to the funeral home to pick up some things and asked where her sympathy cards were at the lady that was helping her said that she was going to talk to Anna because she couldnt find them she had only found 1. My aunt finally recieved a call back and they told her that they didnt find any of sympathy cards they dont know what happened to them and i guess Anna said she didnt have any. Well we all know thats BS! What kind of individual has the audacity to steal from a griving family! A HEARTLESS one thats for sure! We have multiple individuals that saw her take those cards from people that came to give my family support. We had just suffered a terrible loss and her staff did nothing about it. So please everyone watch out because when you least expect it they will take from you in your worst moments!

The services that we received from this funeral home deserves 5 stars. Kenneth Beard helped us through this rough time in our lives. His kindness, patience, and compassion for our loss was just simply amazing. We felt so comfortable with him and he helped us in every aspect of the funeral. I have had a bad experience through another funeral home and was nervous about having to do this again. Well thanks to Kenneth and the funeral home I was at ease and felt safe with this choice I had made for the burial of my husband. Thanks again for all your kindness and warmth Franklin & Downs.

He went above and beyond to help guide us through the process and accommodating the dates we asked for. My family and I are beyond satisfied with the staff at Frank & Downs at this location.
