WORST hair cut experience! I asked for her(Laura I believe) to trim my hair and cut off 6 inches and physically showed her how much to cut. She even got out the ruler. My hair should have fell below my breast after the cut(which I showed her), but ended up above my breast. She cut off 11-12 inches! By the time I realized what she was doing, it was too late. I also had to fix my bangs because they were uneven. I did not want that woman touching my hair anymore. I wouldnt have picked even one star! I dont even know if she did this on purpose! Beware!! This was supposed to be my free Veterans haircut. )o: , but I paid just not with money. Lesson learned and yes, my hair will grow back. (0:

The girls working Thursday nights should be back at salon school learning how to cut hair at a decent speed! Checked in online said 29 minute wait. Showed up about 20 minutes. Waited 15 more minutes. I was the only person waiting. Then they finish and take another person who just showed up. He had checked in also online but so had I and I was there first waiting forever! Management needs to get some new employees when they are not there!

Just got my haircut here, if you need a stylist with imagination to give you that special haircut then youll need to skip this place and spend more than $15. The only thing these girls are good for is giving a haircut that every other guy has and then they want a tip. So if you want the hairstyle every other man has go here they know all 3 of the popular styles of these days. Thats all theyr good for here.

Been going here a couple years now and Ive been happy with everyone who has cut my hair. I usually just walk in so I almost never have the same person twice. But you can ask a specific person when he or she is working and make appts. They also keep track of what they have done for you in the past in case you dont remember. Its important to realize people can not read minds. Be clear about what you want.

They charge too much especially when they dont know how to cut hair. A barber shop only charges me 10 dollars for a hair cut and its always professionally done. When I went their the lady cutting my hair was really rude and immature so I just didnt leave her a tip.
